The woman informed me (without explanation or empathy) that the firm would no longer represent me and that my file would be sent immediately. That never happened. During onboarding, multiple customer support reps reached out, creating the impression that I'd be well taken care of.. especially considering the $ignificant percentage of the settlement this firm charges. Despite multiple calls, emails, and even a certified letter requesting my case file, I received no response.
