When I got there, the owner asked an additional 20$ for the optional seat shampooing. While the seats were not on the list of services provided, the surcharge should have been spelled out. Regardless, I took the option. When I picked up the car five hours later, it was unrecognizable. Any and all marks left by the bikes were gone. The car was spotless and dustless through and through, inside and out. I can't recommend them highly enough. They did the work cut- rate but took no measure of that whatsoever. Over the years we've had some small issues but I would kindly declare that most near all have been dealt with professionalism and quality service. Here is how I go about my service routine. I call for an appointment, get it scheduled, arrive on the day hand in my keys, go wait in their cozy new lounge and wait for my name to be called to pick it up pay and I'm out the door. Also, he said the downtown address on Yelp wasn't correct and they are in Laval: (texted address below). We arrive the next morning at 9 AM. But to our chagrin, no one was there to meet us, even though the person on the other end of the phone insisted we not be late. When "Gino" finally arrives, he demands the keys to the car saying " Don't waste my time, I am the doctor and you wait for the doctor. I have the power." When I reminded him he was late, not me, he aggressively yelled again that he was the doctor, and as I was his patient, I wait for him. My husband said,"Dude, relax, let's just move forward." He yelled, "I'm not dude! I'm Gino!!!!" Finally, he took the keys and headed back to the shop. 20 minutes later he came back to tell us that he had the wrong window. He insisted that my husband go to the shop area with him so he could prove that he had the wrong window. He had already taken the door apart before checking if he had the correct part. "Gino" tried to persuade my husband to pay him $100 for the window which was from a different model car. He would then duct tape a piece of cardboard into the 12 inches that the window did not cover. He also stated that the window did not exist in all of Canada. (For a Honda Civic, really?) Clearly, this man has no grasp on reality. We left, went to Canadian Tire, and bought a clear shower curtain and tape and returned to the U.S.

I was sideswiped by a transport truck on the access to the 520 West and my car was not drivable…read more Within minutes of calling 911 a Unipro flat bed tow truck arrived. As I had no particular garage to take my car, I asked that it be towed to the Gabriel Nissan dealer on Jean Talon. I paid the appropriate fee and the driver and I went into the service department, who informed us that no Autobody work was done at that location and the car needed to be towed elsewhere. I was upset at this news; however, the tow truck driver spoke to his office who gave him permission to tow my car to the new location at no further expense. I am so appreciative of Unipro's understanding of my dilemma. Furthermore, although I don't have the name of the driver, I would like to thank him for his understanding and support in this stressful situation. I would highly recommend this towing company, if one has the need of a tow. Thank you Unipro for your efficient service and complete understanding.

Only problem was the price. 266$ to pull me out a snow bank and no towing anywhere as my car wasn't damaged. I wasn't given a receipt even though I paid cash. went home and checked fees online set by Quebec government and realized that I was overcharged. Got in touch with them, found out I was indeed overcharged 60$ and am awaiting remboursement presently. The fee should have been 206$. Apparently the employee who pulled me out charged me the accident rate, which isn't anywhere in the fee schedule. I think he took advantage of me because I was a single woman and flustered because it was a stressful incident. Decided an extra $60 would make his day brighter. Great response from the company when I called, and the situation was resolved within an hour. Kudos to Charles for making it right.
