After getting two flat tires on a…read moreSunday he was the only garage open so I called to make sure I can get my car towed to his garage. After getting there and him assuring me it would take 1:30 max 2 hours with one car in front of me i went home and called every couple hours to check the progress. This was at 4 pm Sunday night. At 9 pm i showed up he assured me it would be ready in two hours, once again. when I got there I saw the same family I saw that had been there since 4 o'clock asking him to please work because he was locked away in his office for over an hour not working on what needed to be done. I then called at midnight he said it wasn't done but if I needed it in the morning then it'd be done for me to show up at work, I said yes and called back at 5:30 am asking if it was done. He confirmed with me twice that It was so I was there by 6 am to see my car outside in the same spot as it was the night prior with no repair done whatsoever. When I confronted him telling him he had wasted my time and lied he laughed in my face and said it'd be done soon.

We were stranded in a new place without any idea of how to go about getting it fixed. Our French was also very limited. Leo was the person that helped us and stayed behind 3 hours after closing to make sure our wheel was given to the right place for repair. He followed up throughout the whole process and ensured the issue was fixed in an extremely quick manner. Outstanding customer service and generally some of the nicest people I've ever met.
