Instead, after reading the manager's email, I felt the manager was saying that this was somehow my fault and that my concerns were not valid. I also really didn't appreciate her using capital letters in her email to emphasize her points. Update #1: I am updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars. U-Haul reached out and offered a $50 credit. I felt that was fair and I am willing to use them again.

Steve's customer service skills are impeccable. From the first phone call to the leveling of the buildings after delivery I could not be more happy with our decision to do business with Steve Flowers. The structures are so well built that they do not budge or wiggle one centimeter when off loading from the trailer. The horse loafing shed is on 12" centers with wainscott and matching metal roof. At 12' X 32" foot (tack room and 2 stalls) it set perfectly level off of the trailer and onto the prepared building pad.
