I received an email from the manager of about my review. Usually if a manager is reaching out regarding a customer concern, they are doing so to get more information and to try to make things right. Instead, after reading the manager's email, I felt the manager was saying that this was somehow my fault and that my concerns were not valid. I also really didn't appreciate her using capital letters in her email to emphasize her points. Update #1: I am updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars. U-Haul reached out and offered a $50 credit. I felt that was fair and I am willing to use them again.

Steve's customer service skills are impeccable. From the first phone call to the leveling of the buildings after delivery I could not be more happy with our decision to do business with Steve Flowers. The structures are so well built that they do not budge or wiggle one centimeter when off loading from the trailer. The horse loafing shed is on 12" centers with wainscott and matching metal roof. At 12' X 32" foot (tack room and 2 stalls) it set perfectly level off of the trailer and onto the prepared building pad.

I needed to spend this time packing and moving and was not able because of Uhaul and their app. The app is so very buggy and complicated with location services, tracking, and hit or miss allow requests. Uhaul has made the moving experience the worst and hardest of my life. Now I need to move everything in my car, all due to Uhaul's horible app, non-existent Friday hours, and poor customer service.

Extremely dishonest, practically theft. A company that takes these liberties, willingly playing fast-and-loose with their customers wallets, will happily screw you in any way they can. You should think twice not just before ordering a U-Haul trailer here, but also in using their month-to-month storage units or other services. There are other great options in Montrose for that. I do want to mention that this is an issue with Airport Storage, not U-Haul. I'll continue to use U-Haul but will just shop elsewhere.

He sent me a long abusive text, clamped my locker and demanded I pay $50 to unlock it. He said it took him an hour if his time to throw away the forgotten box and then called me a bullshitter!

There was a small air conditioning unit and it was on and running on "cool." However, there was no "high, medium or low" adjustment setting. The speed in which the cooler was running was low and there was no way to adjust the direction of the louviers either. We tried moving the cooler (it was on wheels), but the hose neither the water hose connected to it would allow it to be moved or lifted more than a few inches. This small unit was not powerful enough to feel unless you were right next to it. The heat in the Yurt was so unbearable that we had to sit outside under the trees for quite a while until the sun set a little. Even opening the window flaps did not help until the sun went down and it finally started to cool off for the evening. In all fairness, the management was nice, and would have offered to move us to another unit if there had been availability for that night, but they were full. The bed was comfortable once we cooled off and could finally get comfortable. It could have been so so much better had there been an adequate cooling unit in this yurt. Note: There are two yurts: Yurt #1 which is the one we stayed in is in the direct sun with no tree cover. Yurt #2 is under trees and also next to the creek. It also appeared that they still had the winter insulation covers on them. These are not "glamping" yurts by any means.

Upon arrival, there were no linens on the beds. They have very basic amenities. Their website makes them out to be a resort when it is completely subpar.
