When in depth questions were asked, one staff member rolled her eyes when I had concerns over cost discussions. I had concerns about surgery. A person should be able to feel free to have questions answered. When I advised my observations about the Clinic caring more about income than patient care, this did not go over well. When asked if I wanted to complete the surgery, I said I needed to consider. The doctor told me he would not perform it. I made the correct choice not staying with this Clinic. I saw another XV doctor who ensured the surgery would be of benefit by having me wear compression stockings for a month to ensure the surgery would be of benefit. This Clinic said most don't wear as prescribed so we would forgo and move direct to surgery. I wish this Clinic well, but I made the correct choice to seek this type of care elsewhere. Why would I call their office, drive all that way, and impose myself without an appointment scheduled? Of does it make more sense that they made a mistake and dropped my appointment.
