The first time I went I got in to see a doctor within 20 minutes of showing up (no appointment). On my second time for a followup, I was waiting for maybe half an hour to forty-five minutes before getting in. The location is very conveniently located next to an X-ray facility and a Rexall pharmacy. Definitely worth a stop in if you need any medical help.

The waiting room was packed. Because we had an appointment, we did not have to do through the normal check-in process which included taking a small numbered piece of paper from a little plastic basket on the receptionist's desk. There did seem to be a substantial line-up for walk-ins and this was compounded by the fact that this is location handles worksite injuries for many organizations, so there were several pretty gruesome injuries to be seen. But our experience was good, the x-ray service next door was quick and the replacement cast was done in less than half an hour. Don't know if I would likeit as much if I had stood waiting for three hours to see a family doc though.

Front desk staff informed me to have the Pharmacy call or fax for renewal. When Pharmacy called they were informed that the Dr refused to the request as he wanted to see patient. Front reception gave wrong information!

Terrible medicentre. Went there with an appointment…read morescheduled and still had to wait for 1 hour and 15 minutes. When I had finally gotten in to see a doctor they had bright another patient in to the room who sat on a stool at the end of the patient bed. Very unprofessional and privacy isn't a thing here. I then went again for a follow up and yet again had to wait for 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.

He's been great before and was surprised by this answer as a First Nations person this reminded me of racial profiling especially when he wouldn't believe what I was explaining to him and he would respond with a critical and cynical response saying I find it hard to believe your doctor left you with no meds etc etc. I thought this was 2020! He's been great before and I don't understand this behaviour yesterday.
