I was…read morefrustrated because every place had the same results; when I my prescription and my kids were off just enough that we often just didn't wear the glasses. Vista was clean, the reception was nice and helpful with scheduling, due to the travel involved. Not only did the doc take time, he explained exactly what he was seeing and didn't just do the..'which is better, one or two.' He took extra measures and found a possible diagnosis for the issues I have been having for years. This one catch has sent me on a path to gaining mobility and healing. I haven't gotten my glasses yet, but was glad I could get them there so they would fit what I need. If you want to get your glasses ordered the same day, make sure you ask specifically when the eyewear place closes for the day. It is different than the vision exams. Thank you!

I was full of fear because I needed to see and I was on vacation and not able to get to the place where I had bought them. He did say they were probably under warranty and gave me a temporary temple. Only problem was that I was out $168. for new different temples and when I got home my glasses place ordered the hinge and it came within 4 days at a cost of $45 which I wasn't charge because of the warranty. After my recent eye exam, I allowed the new to adjust. To add, I'm really new at needing glasses all the time, so I need to be 'led' on what to look for in a proper adjustment. The mature woman assisted me. They weren't right. I returned. 2X. The mature gentleman helped me on the third visit. He saw them and made a comment about how improperly they were adjusted. I didn't have the heart to tell him it was his coworker. Online reviews can be so beastly, and I don't like leaving one like this. Honestly, I gave them three tries with no satisfaction. It's a shame really because the other two who worked here were fantastic. I won't be back unless I hear they've returned.

Our exams were pretty quick...just goes to show you how long it had been since we've had our eyes last examined...things have changed and are definitely more detailed yet efficient! Since neither one of us particularly like doctor appointments, we both appreciated how calm and comforting Dr. Cyr was...which immediately put us at ease. She explained everything to us with confidence, combined with her knowledge and expertise...but in a way that was informative, succinct and easy to understand....no complex technical jargon. Overall, we had such a pleasant experience with Dr. Cyr and the entire team at Vista Vision! They were all friendly, professional and attentive! Highly recommend!

The way she spoke to me and acted was like nothing I have witnessed or been a part of before. There was another very kind employee present who was assisting another customer who ultimately helped me with my simple request. I will be emailing Dr Cooper today about the incident. I do not think her bad behavior was isolated as she was oddly short on the phone with me this past Monday and it took her three business days to return my voicemail I left last week. This is not in line with the 5 Star experiences I have had with Dr. Cooper and his amazing staff over the last 13 plus years. It's a shame he has someone representing his fine business in this way.
