It is the proper one but a improperly manufactured part. It was a 406 Dodge ram 1500 Wheel Wheel Dr. hemi, automatic transmission filter, kit, two filters one was improperly designed at the neck of the sump filter which blew it out and then the other the adapter that screwed into the other oil filter in that pan blew off the first time. I started the vehicle after changing everything and I've been doing mechanic work for 15 years plus never seen this happen and it shot the transmission cost me over $1200 and two weeks worth of time for me to find the transmission and then replace it do not buy anything from them. I've also had a few years ago at 1968. El Camino super sport bought a lower ball joint kit pushed it and pressed it in everything was perfect. The nut stripped the threads off and the bulging joint failed causing it to damage the car. Luckily the car wouldn't move in at more than 25 mile an hour when this happens so what real bad but the person was about to get on the interstate within a half mile when this happened which would've killed a lot of people hurt somebody really badly don't buy stuff from them they're garbage

I'm speechless and confused on why my experience was so horrible at such a highly rated mechanic. I…read morebrought the car in for a damaged wheel bearing and a transmission fluid drain and refill. They claim to be Lexus experts (my car is a Lexus). Different employees told me different recommendations which was concerning. I dropped the car off and the next day got a voicemail that the car was fixed and ready for pickup. Great, when I finished transferring my belongings back into my car I am told it just went up on the lift to get worked on. No work had been done whatsoever. Lots of miscommunications on their end. Finally, when I schedule an appointment to get the car fixed the following week they tell me they can't get me in/don't have a loner car until the following week because some people blew their engines and their cars were being worked on. I said "forgot it, nevermind" and went to a competitor I used in Greenville before. They fixed my car in less than 24 hours and had the loner car ready. Ridiculous..

Approximately one month ago, took our 2001 Mazda here and told them it had turned off at red lights…read moreand was jerking and acting like it was going to turn off as we were driving and a warning light was on. Almost $1,800 later, we at this moment are standing in a parking lot, waiting on a tow truck, on Hwy 123 where two sweet young men helped us finish pushing our car out of the intersection. The car has stranded us twice since we paid YOUR HONEST MECHANIC nearly $1,800 for this very same reason we took it in for. They talked very nice to us and they said they felt they could fix this problem. We kept getting notices that this additional thing needed done and that needed replaced/repaired. We were under the impression all these new issues they were coming up with were necessary to repair the problem we brought the car in for!! At $1,800 they were still saying something else needs work but at this point we were out of money and not knowing ANYTHING about cars we weren't sure we should put more money into the car. We were told the original problem was repaired. Obviously it was not. We took it back for them to look at just a few days afterwards because that light came back on and they said they would like to do another diagnostic and it appeared there was a very slight leak around the top of the radiator. (We have had no issues with radiator leaks at all. Ever.) I would expect that $1,800 should have fixed the issue we walked in with. I believe they knew they had a couple of senior citizens who were completely ignorant about mechanical issues and took it from there. We are waiting, once again, on a tow. That $1,800 could have went a long ways towards our insulin or eliquis or any of our other prescriptions and doctor appointments. I'm giving One star because I can't give 0. Reason being, the very problem we told them about when we took the car in was NOT fixed. It's still doing the very, exact thing. Nothing new. Exactly how it was doing that made us take it in to begin with. They say they test drove it and it was fine but obviously they didn't drive it in the same way a person would use their vehicle because it still turns off if we sit at a light for too long and it will still jerk and act as if it's going to turn off sometimes when we are going down the road. Same 'symptoms' we had when we took it to them.
