Don't go here! Go to Marion Dodge/Ram. These people completely suck! Lies lies lies lies lies! RUN Eddie (Edward Meadows) didn't know Sh!$! Only thing good about this experience was the discounts offered by RAM and the finance guy! Today is 10/16/2025, on 10/13/2025 they offered me $16,000 on my 2022 RAM with 39,000 miles lol, Marion RAM gave me $25,000 on 10/14/2025. These people waste your time and insult you! They also asked me to hand fill out a survey after a test drive as the salesman stood over me.....the survey was for when you're done with the entire experience...... like delivery and everything. How and the he!! can I answer something I haven't experienced and as a salesperson is influencing me. They sent the vehicle away to get ready for delivery. Got home only to find 2 REALLY bad dings in it that weren't there! (30 some miles at delivery) No follow up with this dealership! Horrible place. Horrible salespeople and horrible ethics. I got a hold or RAM and they sent me a new survey, completed ;-) Take the best you're going to get about this

Since my google review was somehow censored. Very poor experience working here. As a young man eager to work and make a career for myself, working here was a complete waste of my time. Overall I have nothing but good things to say for the Service department and sales department. Very low pay with no rewards, was started $3 below the hourly starting rate for the maintenance position. No raise within 5 months, had to use my personal truck for work and it has accumulated wear and tear that I will not be compensated for. I was not compensated for an oil change on my truck despite using it as a work truck daily. (I put over 5,000 miles within 5 months and only drove 4 miles total to and from work.) I used personal money to upgrade suspension for towing and work use. The owners won't spend money on anything unless it benefits themselves. Employees are told the company "can't afford" to give raises. Service advisors are overworked and paid low salary so the company doesn't have to pay them overtime. Same with the salesman, they're paid a poor salary and work 12 hour days. Technicians are paid poorly and robbed with flat rate. In the end I was fired for trying to switch to Lube Technician and did not receive my final pay for 42 days after fighting to get it in the first place. So many things wrong within the company and it comes back to the greedy owners plain and simple. Some photos attached with my scratched up truck bed.

John also made the purchasing process so easy that after hours of driving there, he made sure all the paperwork was in line so I was in and out in no time.

They matched a coupon that another local Toyota dealer had sent me, and that was much appreciated. Overall the service took a bit longer than I expected but I suppose that had to do with resetting the computer for the recall. I'd recomend the dealership. They are expanding/ improving the customer wait area, which was way over due. They have a quiet office setup if you want to get some work done. Hopefully they make more improvenments to make it more comfortable for customers who have to wait. The best dealerships these days are going all out to make extended waits comfortable.

Terrible Experience -- Toyota of Easley I would strongly…read morerecommend avoiding Toyota of Easley based on my experience. My vehicle was there three separate times over a two-month period for the same recurring diagnostic codes, and the problem was repeatedly misdiagnosed. On July 14, I brought my vehicle in for the first time. I was told the issue was the low-pressure fuel pump, even though that pump had already been replaced in 2024 when the vehicle had only 28,000 miles. I paid approximately $500 to have it replaced again. I had some hesitation about the diagnosis, but I trusted that the dealership's technicians knew what they were doing. On July 19, the same codes returned. I had to have my vehicle towed from Charlotte, NC, to Easley, SC. I was eventually told that nothing was wrong with the vehicle and was asked to pick it up. Then, on July 30, the exact same codes appeared again. We brought the vehicle back for the third time. I had to get a rental vehicle because I was told it could take a few days. Instead, my vehicle was there for three weeks. During the first week, I was told the problem was the brand-new fuel pump they had just installed. That made absolutely no sense--the pump had just been replaced by them. During the second week, communication was extremely limited. We ultimately had to contact Toyota Engagement, who contacted the dealership and gave them 24 hours to respond. Only then were we told that one of their technicians had "finally" been able to duplicate the codes while driving the vehicle. In the third week, they brought in a Toyota specialist, who ultimately discovered the actual problem: a cap tab in the fuel filter. So, after all of this, I was left paying for: A fuel pump that wasn't the problem Three weeks of a rental car Additional work to remove the part that was actually causing the issue Multiple trips and a tow from Charlotte to Easley This entire experience was incredibly frustrating, expensive, and time-consuming. I feel that there were significant failures in diagnosis, communication, and management, particularly involving Ed Troutman. I trusted Toyota of Easley to properly diagnose and repair my vehicle, and instead I spent a significant amount of money fixing a problem that wasn't actually the problem. If you value your hard-earned money, your time, and honest, competent service, I would seriously reconsider doing business with Toyota of Easley.
