I live in the Bay Area in CA and am now taking care of my Father-in-law and can't leave. David from Mini Storage Wearhouse stepped up to help me and allowed me to release ownership so I could stop having the burden of trying to remove the stuff and paying the monthly storage fee. They also texted my phone over and over after normal business hours...late! Recently I had paid months ahead a couple days before my rent was due for the next,onto I luckily caught a threatening text that 5hey were going to sell my things in 48 hours! Thank goodness I caught it. I'm not always glued to my phone. I called upset panicking. Turns out I had a credit still and only owed half the rent for the upcoming rent.
