They were hired to do the electrical work for the addition to a single family home. They started…read morethe job and they were getting payed for their work by the general contractor, who left for another job. I reached out to Raphael to finish the work (GC told me there was an oustanding balance of roughly $3000 in order to finish the job) numerous times and did not get a response, Raphael ghosted me. They were scheduled to return after sheet rock for the final town inspections. They needed to finish the project by providing the materials and install; 21 recessed lights, smoke detectors, GFCI, outlets, light switches, wall plates, main breaker panel upgrade and connect the HVACs. It cost me well over twice the remaining balance of $3000 on the contract to finish. It would have cost Raphael more money to finish than the balance he would have been owed of $3000. An honorable person would have finished the contract and made good on their word.

I had pretty low expectations with the holiday so close, but was pleasantly surprised with not only with how responsive Gio was, but with how transparent he was throughout the process. He initially declined the job due to the tight time-frame, but still asked for additional information in case he could help.
