He tells me Title Max AZ sent him. He had no paperwork, no phone number and simply said call title max. I did I end up speaking with Harris in resolutions department who tells me I'm not on the loan and he won't talk to me. I explain that he is correct, I am not on the loan as there is no loan. I was obviously upset but never lost my composure. He verified they sent repo guy then says he will not talk to me because again I'm not on the loan. I push and ask for manager explains that apparently somebody fraudulently fooled them into loaning money against my car. He says he is the mgr and refuses to discuss with me ending by saying "your not in the loan have a nice day and he hung up on me". I call and and speak to six different employees none of which have any clue what to do. What a total disaster and total incompetence on their side. My opinion, i think there needs to be more updated money gram locations listed online because most of them no longer do money grams, for example Cvs and Frys are listed, but no longer have money gram available there. I've observed Josie helping other customers who definitely were having a challenging time and she was patient, cheerful, and helpful. Yasmine was also very pleasant to work with. She helped me establish myself as an ACE customer and was great to work with. People tend to look down upon check cashiers, but honestly after 30+ years of working in retail banking I can tell you that banks have nothing on this ACE team.
