My dogs always receive fantastic care at Hidden Paradise and are excited to get out of the car every time we show up! They are also always well-fed, happy and clean when I pick them up. This is more than I can say for many facilities I have used in the past. I really appreciate that Hidden Paradise is willing to kennel my dogs together for companionship while only allowing my larger dog to join in the outdoor social play time. My little guy is under 4 pounds and would be frightened by the rambunctious play of the large group. Housing them together but only including one of them in activities adds additional work and coordination for the staff but they have always been careful to honor my request. This shows me that they care about the safety and individuality of my pets. Curt is also willing to accommodate my unpredictable schedule regarding pick up & drop off. I like my dog cut a certain way and Jenn listened to me. The cut came out exactly the way I asked for. My dog always comes back with a clean cut, nails clipped and smells incredible. My dog is very squirmy, but Jenn is very patient and gentle with him. The convenience of not having to drive to a salon is a huge plus.
