Fair size portions at decent prices. The server was cold to us at first but she came around. Definitely a place that locals visit often. This place only takes cash but has an ATM on site. Didn't even bother changing the cup because the sticker on the side STILL said Caramel Brûlée. I don't know if this is utter incompetence or sheer laziness but either way it is absolutely unacceptable. DO BETTER! I'm not trying to be stuck up or anything but if I order something and you charge me a price for what I ordered, I expect to get what I paid for. This is precisely why I do not tip on your machines prior to receiving my item I ordered, because I refuse to tip someone for piss poor, half assed service. And the only tip they're getting from me now is "Don't expect extra pay for less than average effort"

Just this side note, the MAJORITY of your customers each weekday morning are over 60. Try treating them like human beings and realize that some have hearing loss or move slower than others. Now, the price for the food is very reasonable but can someone clean the grill? when eggs come out with black charred remnants of past 'cooks' something is wrong with your clean up routine. In addition, hash browns shouldn't come out white. Cook the damn things so they brown up at least a little instead of trying to rush the order out. I just don't understand why the store doesn't put personable people out front and someone who cares about their job.
