We finally followed a tip and wandered into Moon Hollow Coffee this rainy morning. It was the perfect cozy spot, and now we're officially fans! The lattes were delicious, and the muffins just as amazing. Highly recommend this charming little coffee haven if you're looking for variety with a cozy vibe. I tried one of the Signature Lattes, the Brulee, and it didn't disappoint.

The first thing I noticed was just how friendly and approachable the staff was even before I ordered. I've been here once before and it was the same experience. They always are excited to talk about how great their coffee is when I ask which one their prefer when I'm stuck between two great sounding coffees. I love the seating and space to sit down. multiple seating and table options. The Stardust S'mores was good! I would have preferred it to be a little sweeter though. The seasonal Gingerbread Latte was very good and packed with flavor! The sunrise breakfast sandwich was great! I loved it but my husband said it's more of an acquired taste and I'd have to agree. The egg is more of a hard boil type (which I enjoy but it's not for everyone). All around I will certainly be back for their crepes (they only sell on the weekends).

Service was amazing. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and the ladies there were nothing but kind. They have a lot of goodies for sale such as crystals, clothing, and mugs. We ordered some of the signature lattes as well as their seasonal Valentine's Day menu. The drinks were delicious. I especially loved the smores latte. There is plenty of seating inside and this place even has a drive thru if you're not feeling up for going inside or you're in a rush as they are speedy. The inside is gorgeous with beautiful antique framed mirrors. I look forward to trying more of their drinks!

I absolutely loved the space- the array of crystals and different things for sale was fun to look at while we waited. I ordered an iced Apple Crisp latte with maple cold foam. It was a good latte overall, but I was really hoping for a stronger apple flavor. It tasted like a very sweet latte with some cinnamon, but no particular flavor stood out, which was unfortunate. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, and it was okay. The egg turned out to be a hard boiled egg like smashed onto the sandwich, so the texture of both the yolk and the white stood out a lot and made it kind of strange. It wasn't bad enough to not finish, but I definitely wouldn't order it again. It's just not what you would expect for a breakfast sandwich.

Lovely coffee and other drinks. A good selection of seasonal delights, and the pastries are sooo delicious! Always friendly and courteous service, and the tables are very thoughtfully arranged, with plenty of comfy seating options for both small groups or individuals, and even a larger meeting room. One of the restrooms is quite nicely done, but I wish either or both of them had a hook or two for purses/bags. Especially the restroom with the baby changing table.

Very cute coffee shop with a great vibe and fun festive latte flavors. It's a bit of a jaunt from my regular stomping grounds but a really neat spot to visit if you're in the area (and can figure out the hours... I tried a couple times before making it work out).

Food: Arnold Palmer: it was good, a little bitter but not bad! Crescent brûlée: a very sweet latte but it was very good, I got it with oat milk and it was a fun drink to try! Turkey pesto toastie (with egg): a good idea but very VERY pesto forward. It was a little over overpowering. I also got the egg added on for $1 but it was just a hard boiled egg smushed into the sandwich. It wasn't a bad sandwich but it wasn't the best for $9. The service was amazing, the workers were very friendly and kind. I appreciated the recommendations that I was given! The shop itself is SO ADORABLE! It has amazing seating, plenty of areas to set up and do work on a laptop and they have a little crystal shop set up inside as well!! So fun! Overall I loved this coffee shop and I think it's a super cute place!

I've been following Moon Hollow Coffee on Facebook for years--even considered making the drive out to Blair just to try it. So when I heard they were opening an Omaha location, I was thrilled (even if it's still a bit of a jaunt from southwest Omaha). I had to try the crème brûlée latte--and ordered it iced, of course. It was good! Sweet, smooth, and lived up to the hype. When I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised by all the crystals on display. I hadn't realized that was part of their brand, but I ended up picking up a few to support them locally. The menu had lots of fun options, so I'm already looking forward to my next visit when I'm in the area again!

I LOVE this coffee from moon hollow! I've gotten the Crescent Brûlée coffee a few times now and it's always just what I want! Pleasantly sweet but not overpoweringly so (at least to my taste buds). The shop is adorable, I really enjoy looking through the products in the front of the store while I wait for my coffee. Great spot to sit and chat with friends or pick up some coffee to go.

Moon hollow was great! The crepe was the perfect mixture of sweet and savory, and hit the spot! Very cool atmosphere, and the baristas were extremely helpful and courteous!

Love the environment here. So cosy and quiet, plus, they have great coffee! I had the midnight coconut- just to try something different, and a sandwich and they're both very yummy! The food and the coffee is served quickly even when they have drive thru orders. Thanks for the great service and food!

This place was very cute! They had a number of specials at this location with even more seasonal drinks and I loved the variety. The girl who helped me was very nice and my drink came out quickly. Will come back to this place!

I can't speak for their food but we ordered a hot coconut latte and an iced lavender latte. Both were fine but way too much syrup. What was disappointing was that oat milk was an additional $1.50 charge. I opted out of the oat milk and still the bill was $14 for 2 medium size coffees. Too pricey for me.

We started off getting their special Christmas cocktails. I got the Snow Bird and my husband got the Not the buttons. The drinks were pretty disappointing, my husband couldn't even finish a quarter of his. The Snow Bird had a coconut foam on top that was absolutely gross in my personal opinion, but the drink itself was fine once I got the straw and avoided the foam. Both of us got burgers with fries and the burgers were very delicious. I would have liked to have some seasonings on the fries though. The staff were welcoming and as attentive as they could be with only having two of them managing about 7 tables and one bartender. The space is very festive and decorated so cozy. Loved the ambiance!

Their theming and decor is always phenomenal and truly makes the experience magical. I have most recently gone to their halloween pop-up, and their Christmas one as well, and both were equally jaw-dropping when it comes to presentation. The service is always great as well, and our first time at Barnato we were confused on how to locate the speakeasy (since we had never been to one before) and the staff was very helpful. My one note is that their holiday mixed drinks have consistently been nicer to look at than to taste, but we mostly come for the theming anyhow.

I would not recommend this place solely based off of the experience we had at the reception. The bartenders had bad attitudes. The coordinator, Bonnie, was so rude to my family when we had questions about what was included the bar package that was purchased. We also had an issue with items being stolen from the grooms barn. It was our understanding that it was going to be locked during the duration of the reception and it was not. I understand she had a lot on her plate but the attitude of her and her staff really put a damper on the ending of the evening. After speaking with a friend about our experience it came to my attention that they had similar issues with Bonnie during a wedding she attended two weeks prior. I expect a warm and inviting staff who are willing the make the evening special not a staff that makes you feel uncomfortable like you're an inconvenience to them. Again, this place is great for photos but not much more than that.

Overall she did a pretty good job. I purchased a Groupon for a cut, deep conditioning treatment, and blow dry. She didn't talk about which products she used, or tell me if/when she was doing the condoning so for all I know she didn't do it. When I got there I introduced myself and she said hi. She was distracted by doing her taxes on quick books and made me wait while she finished. I didn't mind waiting 7 minutes, but it didn't give the best first impression. When we were talking about the style, I said I liked a lot of volume on top. But then she never did anything to address that. It seemed like she was just going through the motions of delivering the same thing over and over. She cuts hair dry...not sure how I feel about that. I spent a Saturday morning there with a wonderful group of ladies, ranging in age from our 40s to 80s, and with crafting skills spanning from "I've got this" to "help me, please." The staff? Top-notch. Seriously. They were like crafting superheroes--swooping in with paint suggestions and design tips and even taking over when my creative stress levels hit their peak. And they did it all with a smile and words of encouragement. The store itself is a crafter's paradise. If you can dream it, you can probably make it here--flowers, bows, 3D words, endless embellishments. Me? I had my heart set on a Husker door hanger (because, well, priorities), and I pulled it off with the staff's help! We were there for about 2.5 hours and had a reservation for our group of six, which I'd recommend because this place was hopping. My masterpiece set me back $48.18, and I happily tossed a $5 tip in the jar--honestly, I wish I'd had more cash because the staff was that helpful. I spotted a few other projects I'd love to try... once my art anxiety settles and I start believing in my crafting abilities again. Until then, I'll admire my door hanger and look forward to my next visit to The Makery--where creativity meets encouragement, and even the most hesitant crafter (like me) can leave feeling like a DIY champion!
