First off, right from the beginning I told my attorney that I was not looking to settle due to the amount of proof I felt I had. He said they do not mind going all the way to trial, based on where the case leads us to. Months later my attorney starts bringing up the idea of having a dollar amount I'm comfortable with in case we need to settle. After several conversations about not wanting to settle and getting so much push back from several of MY OWN attorneys, I gave them a dollar amount. My attorneys now kept saying that number is too high and no way the defense will settle on that amount. My attorneys kept trying to convince me that if it goes to trial that I may not win, and will possibly receive nothing at all and even saying I would need to pay THEM a dollar amount in the end even if "I don't win the case". So I stuck to my dollar amount which they continued trying to get me to lower, but I did not! In the end the defense settled on my set dollar amount without countering AT ALL! I had a brief exchange of words with my attorneys once all was settled telling them that I did not appreciate how they handled my case and I felt like they weren't on my side half the time! They did not like this at all! So when I received my settlement check I received way less than the percentage we had originally agreed they were going to charge me. My settlement check looked like a 5 yr old wrote it or a drunk person did. I was later told that this may have been so that when I deposit it to my bank, it gets flagged. OVERALL TERRIBLE REPRESENTATION! Do yourself a favor and do not trust these attorneys! read more

As a client I'm so dissatisfied with how my case is being handled. It seems they will do their part to get their win & their portion of their money but once it comes to your final pay out, they simply just respond with "I'll look into it" My attorney Lil't always rushes me off the phone, doesn't show any concern nor compassion" the office seems to be very disorganized & then get upset because they "can't reach you" I called and asked to speak to Mr.Kane himself & I got forwarded to a mail box that happens to be full. How coincidental, & when I emailed my attorney to include kane in our emails, all communication stopped. They will absolutely neglect to do EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO HELP YOU, they just do the bare minimum so they can say they tried. My attorneys exact words were " I can't do anything about you getting paid" when in my contract that's in fact in there & the whole point" I wouldn't go with this law office. They truly do not care & this is coming from someone who's waited more than 60 days after my final pay out date. I've been patient for longer than most people would. This review is based on my experience communicating with Moon & Yang. They never represented me. When I first contacted them they were communicative and were responding to emails. After being fired for reporting discrimination I documented my case and presented it to them. I sent them documents and personal information to them. Every time they asked for information I would give them all they information they requested. This happened several times. I got a voicemail from one of the lawyers asking for more information. No problem, I called back and left him a voicemail asking what information they needed... never heard back. I called again and left a voicemail a week later... never heard back. I emailed them several times now and no one cares to respond. I have Waited several weeks and no one cares to contact me. Guess I'll have to find another lawyer, someone that can at least communicate, lol. I would give them 2 stars because they are at least nice when you can get them to talk to you. read more

This is a great Armenian based law firm. Alan the partner alongside his assistant Kane did an amazing job on our class action. They settled and we got paid. Besides them failing to use the mute or hold button correctly we were able to hear their conversations about the clients and laughter in the background not professional. Called and spoke to a young gal regarding a serious case of harassment, wrongful termination and wage and hour by my former employer. I spoke with her for 10 minutes until she asked me to hold for 5 minutes and upon returning to the call, was dismissive about my concerns. She said she would send me a message where I could respond with documents supporting my claims. I never received the email nor a call to notify me of an issue with my contact information.
