If I could put 10 stars I would. I came in for a meeting to discuss all things small business related. A friend and myself are starting a small business and basically wanted to ask questions to make sure everything would go smoothly. I sent Pankaj my questions and when the meeting started ( on time I might add), He barely had to look at my questions because we flew by them so quickly in a natural free flowing conversation. I called my soon to be business partner on the phone and he was able to virtually sit in on the meeting to get clarity and also ask questions of his own. Well, I had no idea what I should charge the woman, how to negotiate my rates and services, how to protect myself as far as trademarked information, etc. Pankaj and I made an appointment for two days later and Pankaj took care of everything. Pankaj helped me to straighten out some very difficult tenants (a couple). After one of the tenants lost his job, he broke lease, stopped paying rent, and hired a lawyer to attempt to scare me with trumped up nonsense about habitability issues and various other threats. Pankaj managed to talk sense to their lawyer, managed to get the tenants to cover all my expenses including legal, and got them to sign a promise to leave within two weeks or face liquidated damages. Writing this review very late since I recently started using yelp. I got to know about Pankaj through a family member. They had good experience working with him in the past. In January 2014, I met with an accident. I was on a bicycle and a car driver opened his car door without looking back. I had a head on hit and got severe open fracture on my left elbow. Which is a permanent injury. The driver didnt help me and the police did not file any case! With very few evidences, I was skeptical about filing case on him. Spend huge amount of money on my injuries. Later by suggestion of my family member, I had a phone call with Pankaj, he was very helpful. And gave me confidence that we could win.
