If I could put 10 stars I would. I came in for a meeting to discuss all things small business related. After one of the tenants lost his job, he broke lease, stopped paying rent, and hired a lawyer to attempt to scare me with trumped up nonsense about habitability issues and various other threats. Its hard to find a good lawyer you can trust who will give you honest advise. I had to get a deadbeat tenant out of my rental property and Pankaj did a great job. Writing this review very late since I recently started using yelp. I got to know about Pankaj through a family member. They had good experience working with him in the past. In January 2014, I met with an accident. I was on a bicycle and a car driver opened his car door without looking back. I had a head on hit and got severe open fracture on my left elbow. Which is a permanent injury. The driver didnt help me and the police did not file any case! With very few evidences, I was skeptical about filing case on him.
