Neg star... plesse i advised you to not use this company in any shape or form. They are non reliable, unprofessional, non communication, there fees are redundant. 40% PLUS ATTORNEY FEE! My attorney abandoned me for 2 years. No call, no emails , no return, no copies or updates on case, but wants 40% plus fee. So offered a settlement price agreed to price, $17,500 but when I got the paperwork to sign, for the final agreement, i notice that they WOULD HAVE RECEIVED $16,150. I would have received $1,350. I sought legal representation during an incredibly vulnerable and difficult time involving workplace retaliation, harassment, and potential whistleblower violations related to Medicare/Medicaid processes. Unfortunately, my experience with this attorney left me feeling dismissed, minimized, frazzled and disrespected. Rather than listening to the full context of my case--which involved a clear pattern of retaliation, policy violations, and compliance concerns--I was told that "individual incidents" wouldn't matter to a jury. When I emphasized that the story needed to be understood from start to finish to see the full picture, I was interrupted and brushed off. At one point, I shared that I was a bit concerned about the sudden switch in attorneys from Vincent to Jovahn, since I had expected to speak with someone more experienced. This wasn't said rudely--it was an honest, fair concern. But instead of addressing it professionally, the attorney got audibly irritated and said, "I'm one guy--you can go anywhere." That moment made it clear I wasn't seen as a client to support, but as an inconvenience. Things only got worse. I used the word "people" when describing how others might view a situation, and he condescendingly corrected me: "I'm not people--I'm a lawyer." The tone and lack of empathy were astounding, especially given how vulnerable and traumatized I already felt from what I experienced at work. I came in needing an advocate--someone to hear the complexity of what I lived through and guide me through the legal steps. Instead, I walked away feeling gaslit and talked down to. If you're looking for a lawyer who listens with empathy, respects your concerns, and is capable of understanding how workplace abuse and retaliation often happen in patterns, not isolated events, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. read more
