Have been going to Moonwolf smoke shop for the 4 years I've lived in the area. I remember buying my first glass pieces there. Have gotten many more since 2021. Probably the cheapest prices I've seen in the area for anything, while giving you quality product and service. On top of that the owner is such a nice guy, and two employees that really make you feel at home are Dre, and newcomer lexi. Both very nice guys. If you like vaping and have tons of questions about their newest gear and juices, ask for their vape guy. One of their workers is a specialist and will hook you up. Very knowledgeable. Unfortunately everyone else isn't very knowledgeable on the vapes and will point at the disposables if you want one. This is the first review I have ever written on Yelp. I have gone to moon wolf multiple times, and they are usually very pleasant. The female worker who works the night shift has been extremely rude multiple times to me and my friends. This time, I purchased a device and walked out as she was dealing with a customer. I went outside and realized the device was broken. I went right back in, to which she stated "you should have tried it in the store." I asked if I could pay the difference for a different device as this one did not work. I showed her it's flaw and she said, that's "what you're paying for." She would not let me exchange or replace the device. I have bought many many products here, and come in very consistently. This will be my last time purchasing from this store. read more

This has become my main shop for vape juice. I usually buy like 6-12 bottles of naked juice for me and my girl friend every couple of weeks. I love brain freeze. Not too sweet, smooth clouds, doesn't clog your coils, throat doesn't hurt love the menthol after taste. They make sure to save me my bottles. I usually call ahead to tell them I'm coming so they have my supply and they give me the best price I've ever found anywhere else. I have ordered on line juice for like a dollar cheaper but it turned out to be fake naked juice. So they honor a price we've set up for me and my girl friend and that's why I only come here and buy in bulk. The guys are super super chill and sweet. It's a pleasure doing business with them. Huge selection of supplies for people who need pipes, glass, bongs etc. It's more of a smoke shop then a vape shop and they realize that and don't pretend to be what they are not. Wish I could rate it higher, hate leaving bad reviews. Purchased a cracker and 2 boxes of cartidges. Forgot the balloon, so when I went back the same night, they were kind enough to just give it to me for free. That's why 2 stars, instead of 1. I went home to test it that night and unfortunately the cracker wouldn't close with the cartidge in it. I tried many and even tried to force it closed as hard as possible, but it was never enough for the threads to grab and I was scared it would explosively discharge. So I brought it back the next day with the receipt and explained how the product they sold doesn't work. I'd like to exchange for one that does or a refund. The employee refused and said the store has a no refund or exchange policy. The thing was $15, clearly faulty, and less then 24 hrs old. Sad and infuriating when unreasonable zero tolerance policies end up burning customers. How am I supposed to feel about this other than scammed? :( read more

So great. I used to come to this smoke shop before the new ownership and was pleased. The location is easy to get to, and it is kept neat and clean. Tony welcomed me warmly and ensured me that I would never be swindled. The wraps are always fresh and at a good price. Geremy is sweet and very helpful. I was in line the other day for some backwoods, and a regular came in for a replacement part. He knew him by name and knew exactly what he needed. He showed him how to use it properly, then ensured him that if he needed more help in the future that he would be happy to help. The vibes are smooth here.
