I have gone here for cigarettes a few times. Lots of product. I once dropped my ATM card at the grocery store and it was immediately used three times at this place. Whatever. maybe they didn't suspect anything about the purchaser. Fine. Today will be the last time I shop there. I typically use cash but their ATM was out of service so I had to use my card to purchase 7 packs of Marlboro reds and a small torch. I had to pay a dollar extra per pack for using my card (13.99) Then I see the total is 117. And it doesn't make sense but I think oh the extra money for the card and I feel weird questioning cashiers already so I let it go. But as I'm driving home the math really wasn't mathin. So I called the guy to ask about the total. He says I used by card and 'bye ma'am' I say real quick what is the price of the torch? He said 8 dollars with tax. Also compared it to several vapes I've used, that did match their QR code, and totally looks like a knock made out of cheap plastic. Not even going to try it...So gross. Should have checked it when I was in store but the guy was doing small talk probably to distract us. NICE WORKER DISGUSTING UNFAIR OVER PRICED EVERYDAY 420 needs! 8.99 for Newport gas butane, from West Hollywood to east hollywood through tarzana through anywhere else in noho and further on, the same size butane gas never costs more then 7$... there is a particular lighter I love, it's non disposable and. Even in calabasas it's never more then$2.. this place charges 3.68$ plus tax... the last place I went to grab 10 of these lighters was in the swankiest ballerest super over priced gas station mini mart in BH and the same exact lighter cost me 1.75$ plus tax... that's price of 1.75$ plus tax is on the high end... I'm shocked since this place is in a low rent to mid rent area, how they are so incredibly over priced and I'm speaking from a place of a head shop/smoke shop aficionado. I love checking team all out in my home town.. born in Hollywood, CA.. lived here my entire 40 years of life... smoke shops are my hobby.. they didn't have an ash catcher but more so.. the really pleasant worker who happens to be a co-owner thought an ash catcher was the stick that catches incense ash...I can't stress Enough now pleasant the co-owner was, but this place has the worst inventory and it's most likely related to the lack of knowledge to all things 420 related.. I would have given 3-4 stars but the disrespectful overpriced items throughout the store compels me to give 2.. and i pride myself that I only review places mostly due to stellar extraordinary situations.. rarely do I take the time to knock a business down unless I need to help the general population to go and move on to the next smoke Shop.. don't come here unless you have to, low key but high key SIGNIFICANT swindling prices... nice service but we tokers shouldn't support businesses that explicitly have a 450% up charge and can't work with our community with a fair even over charging 220% up charge. Came multiple times for stiiizys and they're all fake. Bought a king Louie, purple punch, and white raspberry they all tasted the same like a lemon cleaning product. Plus they open very easily if you have bought a stiiizy before you know you need to push the back to open it, but with these there's no need to push down because it's fake. read more

Honestly, best smoke shop I've been to in YEARS! I come out here from Glendale just to come to Smoke Stop for many reasons, this is one of the few shops within a 50 mile radius that has real vapes that can be verified by simply scanning the QR code on the packaging, along with that their enormous variety of vapes, glass, hookahs pretty much anything you can dream of to suit your smoking needs. The fact that the owner and staff are not only helpful but super friendly is a plus. Always a dope welcoming environment that I can depend on till 2AM! Best part, while I'm grabbing some rolling papers I can also find some exotic munchies and sodas for later, definitely my go to spot. read more

This place sells fake vapes mixed into the real ones. I bought a vape recently, opened it and noticed it was different looking then normal. So i opened another one of the same brand and that one was real!!!! Their prices are cheap because these vapes aren't even real!!! Then they proceeded to lie to me saying it was a new packaging. This place seemed really promising. I heard they sold Elfbars (disposable vape brand) at a cheaper price then what I was getting them. However, when I bought from here, the guy opened the vape and threw the packaging away before handing me the contents. This was suspicious to me as I know some vape companies put various forms of counterfeit prevention on the boxes. Sure enough when I hit the vape, it was not the flavor that I was used to and upon further inspection, I noticed that the LED light on the vape was in a different location and a different color than it is on a genuine Elfbar. Later that day, I hit my friend's Elfbar for comparison and the buzz was way better on my friend's vape. Smoke Stop sells knock-off vapes that aren't as good or as strong as the originals. read more
