This is usually my go to spot for hookah supplies because the location is super convenient and the staff has always been friendly. The tobacco selection is a bit limited, but I keep coming back because it's easy and reliable. Today was frustrating though. I wanted to get things done before the rain started. I checked the hours online it said they open at 9. I showed up around 9:30a and the store was closed. The hours posted on the storefront also said they were supposed to be open at 9am. I figured someone might be running late, so I went grocery shopping and came back around 10:30. Still closed. Got home, unloaded my groceries. I tried calling both phone numbers listed on Google and Yelp multiple times and never got an answer. If someone had just picked up and said they were running late, I would have waited and come back. After nearly two hours past opening time with no communication, I ended up taking my business somewhere else. I like this place, but reliable hours and communication really matter. read more

This place is so cool! I went on a hike with a pal nearby and came to this shopping area for an acai bowl and my started talking about salvia. It's a natural psychedelic that lasts less than 10 minutes. She loved the experience and we randomly started googling to find out it's legal in California! That's a long back story to say we are nerds and don't really know how to buy salvia so we felt a little intimidated . The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and made us feel comfortable. This is one of the best smoke shops I've ever been in. They also sell the cleanest, freshest water I've tasted, and for a really inexpensive price. ($1 for my 5 gallon jug!) The place is clean, well stocked and the people who work there are really nice. This is a family owned business and it shows. Glad to see they are taking COVID precautions and limiting the number of customers inside a small space, at any given time. But more than that, I had a great experience talking with one of the guys who works here. I came in, inexperienced with smoking paraphernalia and a lot of questions. I picked up smoking recently due to stress and am doing my best to limit how much I smoke and for long - so I was looking for a vape that will give me maximum flexibility in terms of how I use it in the future. Not only did the guy there tolerate my ignorance, but he was very attentive, helpful, and friendly! Right before I made my purchase I asked if he had any clove cigarettes in stock and he came back with a pack of herbal smokes for me. My roommate actually referred me to this place because I needed a new E-Pen. I went in asking for a pen that fit the cartridge I had, and the dude shows me a pen he has in his hand at very moment. He told me this was the one I needed. I thought it was a bit odd that the pen didnt have any packaging or anything. I asked him if the pen was used and he said no but didnt seem very confident when he said it. I mistakenly bought it and didnt ask for a receipt. I got home to try it out and it was stripped inside. I knew the guy was probably reselling me one that somebody returned. Dont go to this place if you dont want to be scammed by the shady creepy looking guy inside. read more
