I planned an event and gave 2 months notice that it had been canceled and they refused to give me back even a nickel. They kept over $600 of mine. I found the woman rude and there's no way I would ever do business with them in the future. I told her I was going to leave a review to make others aware and she said, "Oh, now you're threatening me?" If they find sharing the truth a threat, they should change this greedy policy, because I'm only posting the truth!!! Make sure you always read the fine print, even if it's 20 pages, because they certainly won't offer up any information in advance!
