The only place I'll be getting my haircut. After almost 8 years in the military, i've had over 400 haircuts and I've been disappointed by most to the point where I've just accepted that it's going to get messed up when I sit down in the barber's chair. That is until I found Moon's. Moon herself is great! She's one of the kindest people I've met and genuinely cares about her customers. They just hired a few new barbers too so the wait time's are almost nonexistent, especially if you book ahead. One of the new barbers, Kamal, makes cutting my especially hard to manage haircut look easy and produces a great haircut in the process. This place is beyond amazing! The first time I went here she stayed till almost 9pm to cut my hair and trim my beard. As I was waiting I watched 3 other people leave with GREAT looking haircuts!! she is great with the straight razor as well. I've never had a better haircut or better customer service(and yes I'm very picky) It's just so nice and clean inside her shop. I've never been more happy with my experience and I would recommend everyone to go see her for a sharp PERFECT hair cut. I downloaded the yelp app just to give her a shout out. Moon has been cutting my hair for several years now and she is the best. I won't go to anyone else. I was so happy to see her open her own shop! She gives personalized service and is always concerned with the satisfaction of her customers. She is friendly and takes her time...never rushes. The best Barber shop on this side of the water. I've going to Moons now for year and I have never been disappointed. I still remember the first time she cut my hair, she asked questions, she would stop midway to make sure she was doing what I wanted. She is consistent and precise and doesn't rush. She just recently hired another group of barbers in the area who are experts in their trade. Come here if you don't care about your hair. I have tried this place twice because of the reasonable pricing, but as always you get what you pay for. Inconsistent in fade, they do not consult with you, nor do they seem to care when point out uneven taper. If you want to be entertained into believing you received a quality cut, when clearly they do not have a clue, this is the place for you. Otherwise I cannot recommend this place. Moon did such a great job with my 2 boys. (5,9). I went out to get my kids haircut thinking our usual spot would be open but was a half hour too late. We came upon this spot and thought we would give it a try! So happy I found it! My older boy's haircut was perfectly what I asked for and my younger one she helped out by giving advice on how we should cut his hair. ( his hair is kinda difficult)! This is the most welcoming place to get a solid haircut. Moon, Sue and Young are absolutely the nicest in the whole world and I love going to get my haircuts here because it's just a great time. Straight razor shave with hot shaving cream and a really excellent fade is my norm and I get plenty of compliments from my wife. I would recommend getting your haircut here in a heartbeat. Great barber! A lot of little extra's included such as a small neck/head massage, some trimming of beard flyaways and eyebrow area. She was very meticulous with a high attention to detail and she asks questions to make sure you are okay with things which is great for the more retentive types (I'm more easy going but it's still nice). This is the nicest barber shop I've gone to. I was working out of town and had to find a barber that was still open after 7. I chose to go here instead of super cuts and it was a great choice. She offered me snacks, candy, etc. She was really nice, professional, took her time to make sure I looked good. Very satisfied and strongly recommend. Great place. Clean spotless and the owner is all about customer service. She have snacks and coffee and a massage chair to relax after your haircut. I feel like I went to a mini spa.
