He left his card at my door, so I contacted him and said that I would be happy to meet him, if he can just let me know when he wants to come. We had a leak in one of the pipes under the house that caused a big mess and soaked the carpets in the room above the leak.. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within 48 hours, truly remarkable. Since there was so much water damage and clear signs of mold, he also referred us to a water damage service so they could come and fix/clean up what he couldn't do himself. More importantly he worked around our schedules and since it was an emergency, he moved some things around in his to make sure we could get it resolved as soon as possible. The best thing though, and everything was great, was his communication. He was very considerate of our work schedules and always asked beforehand via text of when he could come and how long it would take to complete everything. Those of us who have kids and multiple family schedules can really appreciate the consideration of time. Finally, what you all want to know, pricing. His pricing was fair and on par with the market for plumbing. He definitely won't gauge you/charge and arm or a leg.
