I filed a claim with UPS who did an investigation but failed to retrieve my item. After also contacting Lombard Hobbies, they replaced my purchased item at no cost. Their handling of this matter is greatly appreciated and I definitely will purchase from them again based not only on their quick and fair handling of my situation, but also for their prices which are lower than some of the other online hobby stores.

There are also "mystery bags" available near the front counter, which another customer recommended. They are available in $20, $50, and $100 price points and hold more value than their respective prices. I plan to check one out when I get the chance. We came here and looked around briefly and found a few items we liked. A woman was there and greeted us along with a younger gentleman in the other room. She let us know we were welcome to take a look around and that she is negotiable on some things. We ended up getting some cute rings for $5 a pop and we all agreed that the woman (Angie I think) was super warm and welcoming. We would come back based on her alone! She was very nice and even told us about another antique-y place near by since we mentioned we were just out shopping at different antique places. Norden Crafts is a wholesale supplier of needlework supplies and they were the first one I did…read morebusiness with. So first, I'm just happy they gave me an account. Some suppliers didn't even bother to respond to my application. Ordering can be done online though sometimes the site is slow and the set up is a bit glitchy. I also had an issue when setting up my account but customer service is super quick to respond. Shipments also come fast with many orders being sent the same day and taking two days to arrive. Overall, I'm super happy with them. Here's my last two things I would like to see improved: I mainly buy DMC floss and this was the reason I needed an account. I find that many items are on backorder if I order more than 1 or two boxes of floss (if I order 5, maybe 3 will actually show up). It seems like a pretty low amount of stock to keep on hand. And second, which goes for all needlework suppliers really, why is it so hard to buy Aida cloth in bolts? Because I would love to and have to go to a completely random site to buy them.
