Last year, in an effort to support small businesses while everything was closed, I found this store online and, seeing that it seemed to have a good selection of the wares I was looking to purchase, I placed an order. I got the confirmation and waited in excitement for my order to arrive. Then I waited some more. Then a month went by without any word. So, I sent a message through the website. Nothing. Not a call not an email. My card had been charged but no one was communicating with me on the status of my order. I sent another message through the site and called. The phone always went to VM, so I left another message this time on the VM. Finally, I was fed up and sent an email stating that if someone didn't get back to me about the status of my order and ship out my goods (by now it was two months after placing my order) I was going to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. Finally, I got an email response. According to the store, they had shipped out my order and it had gotten damaged and sent back. They were going to send out a replacement right away, though. Great, I'll finally get my order. After another two week wait, I get the package I was waiting for. But what is this? Half of the order is missing and there's a note that it'll be shipped out in a month. Ha! I wasn't holding my breath for that! I cut my losses and decided just to NEVER shop Moon's Light Magic again. Yeah so, I spent 150 dollars at this store just to not have any update on my items 16 days later. Which is incredibly unfortunate. I still have had no update after emailing them 3 times. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of communication considering I'm a practicing Wiccan and need these supplies for ritual. This company sold me two bottles of a product called Body Calm Oil which has clary sage in it. When I received the product I had two bottles of French Vanilla Massage Oil, which is $30 cheaper than the advertised Body Calm. French Vanilla Oil has no clary sage in it. The owner refused to accept a return and refused to refund my money. I've lodged a complaint with the BBB. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!! He is a CHARLATAN. read more

If you choose to go with Moon's Light Magic I hope you have a more pleasant experience than I did. It's not a shop, not anymore, it's strictly internet sales now. It took over a week for my items to arrive without any communication from them, even after sending an email asking for an update (their website states, and when I called they said, that many of their items are made by hand included some of the items I ordered, what I received did not appear be hand made. I may be wrong but I have serious doubts). I did not receive the exact items I ordered and offered to stop by the 'shop' to exchange them and received an email in reply that struck me as on the rude side. They offered to refund my money for one of the items, so I put that in the mail at my expense and have never received the refund. I will avoid this company in the future and hope that other people have a better experience than I did. read more
