The Stratford Square location is probably my least favorite of the three I frequent. It has about the same anime selection that the Fox Valley store has (which is nowhere near as good as the Yorktown store). There seems to be less variety in the Sanrio/cute stuff, too. I think, overall, this store feels smaller than the others. Also, there's a woman who works here that tends to glare at people sometimes. I think she suspects everyone of stealing or something. Which, I'm sure, she sees a lot of in a store like this... but it doesn't really make for a comfortable shopping experience for the honest folks like me! Still, I love Too Cool and shop in one of their locations whenever I get the chance to. It's a very awesome store.

They usually have the summer packages and season's greetings as well. There's also posters, fans, stationary, etc. From my visits so far, I purchased Seventeen's Season's Greetings, Astro's "All Light," and Seventeen's "Boys Be." All of their albums are in great condition, and they usually have more in the back. And if it's a newer album, it usually comes with a free poster! If you're a kpop fan, definitely visit this store! They also have a lot of anime stuff and kawaii products. :)

Not a lot of glass, so it wasn't until I came through the first door that I could confirm that this indeed was the entrance. No room for carts between the 2 entrance doors either, so carts are just Willy Nilly out in the front sidewalk. The store was clean but didn't seem to have very much merchandise on the shelves. I came looking for hot pink yarn and I did find what I was looking for. I wonder if craft stores like Michael's are just not stocking the shelves like they did in pre-pandemic days? Anyway, I noticed a cool patriotic chalk drawing on the sidewalk in front of the store, where the shopping carts were.

I watched a group of other customers adding to it, I thought it was a cute interactive thing the store was allowing. Apparently not, I was barked at to not to do so lol, it wasn't a problem when the other customers did it so I felt very targeted and embarrassed. It was a complete misunderstanding on my end, maybe don't pick and choose who you tell? Maybe put up a sign? Maybe take down the completely decorated piece? It's going to keep happening and this misunderstanding made Michael's likeness for me go down

The other side is also broken as the spring loaded function doesn't work or lock into place. So both sides are broken : (
