They said he would buy them by weight, but we would probably get more from a coin dealer. They could have just given us the money and marked up the coins, but they didn't. Whether the item had already been sold, there was a misunderstanding, or the owner simply changed his mind, the least he could have done was treat us with basic courtesy and respect. Instead, our time was completely wasted, and we were met with poor customer service. A customer's time has value. Driving over an hour, arranging funds, and making a special trip based on information provided by the store, only to be turned away rudely, is extremely disappointing. I understand mistakes happen, but professionalism and kindness cost nothing. Unfortunately, neither was shown during our visit. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
