I took my skis into this shop to get them mounted with utter excitment of the new ski season. I told them it wasn't right but they tried to tell me it was and not taking responsibiltity was the first mistake. I was frustrated as I just paid over 500 dollars for new skis and 300 for bindings and it felt like I just got a christmas present and it was destroyed for a frustrating reason. I was still forced to pay for the horrendus mounting job as all I could think of was how I just wasted 900 dollars for unskilled and untrusting people to do a job for me. I felt robbed and manipulated after trying again, repeatedly having the same outcome as the previous times and my gear has never benefited from it. I haven't been there since and will never be taking my skis or bike in there again.

I was more than pleased with the results as I expected there to be a little bit of a glob of solder as the chain was so fine but it looked like brand new, I couldn't even tell where it had broke! Not only that but it only cost me $20.00. I'd trust M&S with any of my jewelry and will probably save any repairs for next time I'm in the area.
