We got quotes from three other companies, and Juan's quote was the most reasonable imo. We were going to be out of town on the day the work was going to be scheduled, but Juan kept in touch consistently and us making payment for the job being done was also handled very professionally. Throughout the day Juan was sending me texts and pictures of what was being done and what their next steps were going to be.
