Fire Restoration Services…read more I had a small kitchen fire and wanted to procure fire restoration services to take care of any soot and smoke damage. Any visible damage was mostly contained within kitchen area. I looked up local companies on Yelp and decided to get a free quote from Independent Restoration Services. They came out the next day to check out the place, provided a quote within a few hours, and were then able to start the next day after obtaining work authorization. I placed my trust in them based on their reviews across Yelp, Google, and FB. At first I was a bet skeptical due to only one person making it out on the first day, which was due to a combination of scheduling issues , others being called onto different sites/projects, and overall just being a small team. But in the end they still finished on schedule as initially estimated, despite having less manpower than I had expected. They were thorough with the restoration - my place was just as clean as before, and in some places even cleaner. They kept me assured throughout the whole process and answered any questions and concerns I had. There was a misunderstanding on my end where I thought they would also clean the air ducts, but since that is not something they provide, they offered to go 50/50 on subcontracting a duct cleaner. And at the end, they agreed the initial quoted estimated cost seemed a bit too high, so they were willing to adjust the final bill downwards. Overall they provided quality cleaning and restoration services, were flexible to work with, and did not seem like they were out to get my money. I hope I'll never need them again, but I can recommend them for anyone who needs fire restoration services. Thank you Charlie, Miguel, Brandon, Billy, Batt/Edgar, and Christoph.

He took the time to clearly explain my options when dealing with the insurance companies, which made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. He was always on time, extremely responsive, and communicated proactively throughout the entire process. Most importantly, they took immaculate care of my home. Their work was professional, respectful, and thorough. Miguel was honest, trustworthy, and responsive--exactly what you need in a service business. What really stood out was his follow-through and updates. He checked in before work began to make sure everything was clear and continued to follow up even after the service was completed and payment was made. That level of care and accountability is rare. I would 1000% recommend All Dry without hesitation.

I…read morecalled several vendors to assess mold damage to my home, getting responses from both ends of the spectrum, with some quoting me as much as $16,000 and some claiming there was no damage to repair! With such misleading information, I was ready to make the mistake of a lifetime by removing the cabinets without a remediation team. As a last resort, I called All Dry, when Miguel heard what I wanted to do, he came over immediately, literally within hours he was at my house and gave me a true picture of what was going on, took the time to explain what my options were without any gimmicks or drama. Right away, I felt a sense of relief because I knew I had finally found someone who genuinely wanted to help me without trying to take advantage of my vulnerable situation. Needless to say, I am beyond grateful to Miguel and his team for making my home safe again, keeping his word of helping me out. This is a family-owned business that truly embodies what running a business with a service-driven heart is all about. His team was effective, efficient and most of all considerate to my needs and situation. I recommend this business to you without reservations.

I would strongly caution anyone considering using Imperial Restoration for water remediation…read moreservices, specifically my experience dealing with Scott Gamble. After discovering a leak in my kitchen that caused plywood damage and warping, I asked my plumber for a recommendation for water cleanup/remediation. I was referred to Imperial Restoration, and from the beginning Scott Gamble was extremely persistent and pressured me into acting immediately. He repeatedly emphasized the urgency, warned me about mold, placed a blower in the home, and strongly pushed me to open an insurance claim, assuring me the damage should be covered. Because of his persistence, I contacted my insurance company and asked whether they could begin mitigation work while the claim was being reviewed. Based on the information and photos Scott already submitted to insurance, I was told they could proceed. Work started on May 6 and was finished by May 8. Here are my concerns: * No written estimate was provided before work began. * I did not receive clear pricing upfront before authorizing work. * I felt pressured into making quick decisions out of fear of mold and further damage. * Scott repeatedly pushed me to pressure my insurance adjuster for approvals and communication. * The company left my kitchen in disarray, including tarps and debris. * I specifically asked whether they would also restore/replace the damaged cabinets and kitchen components, and was told they had "a contractor" for that instead of handling it directly. Ultimately, my homeowners insurance denied the claim, stating the damage appeared to be long-term and not a sudden covered loss. Now I am personally stuck with an invoice for $3,377.91 due June 1, 2026, for work that I felt rushed and pressured into approving under the belief it would likely be covered by insurance. I was also later informed that concerns had arisen regarding some of the documentation/photos that had been submitted to insurance, which made me even more uncomfortable with the entire situation. Now my elderly father is left without a functioning kitchen sink, garbage disposal, or dishwasher, and this entire experience has created tremendous stress for our family. My advice to anyone dealing with water damage: Please get multiple opinions and multiple estimates before authorizing work. Do not let fear tactics or pressure rush you into making decisions. Ask for everything in writing before any work starts, including estimates, scope of work, billing expectations, and insurance responsibilities. I regret not slowing down and getting second and third opinions first.

The buyers raised a concern about a water stain on the garage ceiling. After notifying the appropriate parties (Travelers and American Home Shield), we had both PuroClean and Advanced Home Services come out. Thankfully, both confirmed there were no active leaks, and we were good to move forward with drywall repairs. Even after involving both sets of realtors, the buyers started to get cold feet, expressing concerns about potential mold. This is despite their home inspection confirming there was no mold on the report (something we found out from our realtor). I searched "mold inspection" here on Yelp and found this company. I called to ask about pricing and availability and was pleasantly surprised. Despite some unfortunate setbacks, scheduling became an issue; however, that was able to resolved. Oliver came by while there was still a 4x4 hole in our garage ceiling. He did a thorough inspection of the plumbing. The result? No mold. And even better, no charge. Thanks to Mold Eliminators / Construction by Mirage, we were able to keep the process moving. Huge relief and excellent service.
