I was able to get in to see her in one day. Being able to schedule after hours, online was a big plus. To be honest I was a little worried about how well she was going to be able to do a deep tissue massage. She is a small woman but she is incredibly strong. I had a little problems finding the place so I was a couple minutes late. She offered to go longer because of this. She has a great little space and is very attentive to your needs. I have c6 & 7 degeneration, & I've always had long-standing back &neck issues. My right arm has become very painful, tingly & goes numb. I've had x-rays, my doctor has advised me that the best therapy is massage, doc has seen muscle relief from my nerves. Kelly has also educated me on anatomy & which muscles are very tight & normally shouldn't be. Kelly knows massage so well that it is obvious he excelled in becoming a professional LMT. Both were friendly and interested in what we each wanted. I decided to try Shiatsu for the first time and was very happy I did. Nicole put me in a state of bliss and had me feeling great in no time. She knows her stuff and was very attentive the entire time. The room I had was clean, well kept, and included soothing music to put me in the right state of mind. Before I knew it an hour had passed but I could have gone for another hour easily. I was almost sleep walking back to the front desk to meet my wife who had just wrapped up. After remembering about it, I used the online booking system to make an appointment. Unfortunately, Valley Oasis is booked beyond the length of my stay. I sent a message to VOM asking if it was possible to have my friend's gift refunded and have not received a response. Look, I am a massage therapist too. I understand it's difficult sometimes when things aren't steady. But if you're booked up for weeks there should be very little concern over the loss of one session. You don't know what others might be going through.
