Horrible customer service, being rushed out, etc. I scheduled a 90 minute massage for my birthday that wasn't even the full 90 minutes. Thank god because I was in complete pain. My lady (was 200+ lbs I'm 117 lbs) completely straddled me and her whole body on was on top of me, her knees were literally in my back. My body was left full of bruises and full body rash. I went in the next day to ask for a refund and they refused to give me credit back or cash. I asked for the managers name, they said to contact the police for any information regarding names. Her name was Joanne, and made me talk to her boss over FaceTime while he yelled at me to call the police because they're not going to do anything. Their licenses are also expired (pictures taken 03/23/2021). Please save yourself and go to hand and stone or anywhere else.

They offer tea and water and have a few snacks available. I was advised they opened 2 months ago. Benjamin gave me a fabulous foot massage and an included 5 minute chair massage for $48. It's basically a nicer/longer version of a massage that comes with a pedicure. I really enjoyed it and will come back. I think it would be a great place to bring a friend for a birthday treat.

At one point, they provided a link to "resolve" the issue, but my browser flagged it as unsafe, which only made the situation more concerning. This has been going on for over 6 months with no accountability and no resolution. At this point, it feels less like a mistake and more like a complete breakdown in customer service and billing practices. On January 3rd, I canceled an appointment 21-23 hours in advance due to a scheduling conflict. This was my first-ever cancellation as a member, and I asked if the fee could be waived as a one-time courtesy given my loyalty. The associate on the phone (who introduced himself as "Anthony" or "Andrew," later identified as Jacob) refused and said I'd only avoid the fee if someone rebooked my slot. Fair enough. The next day, I followed up to confirm, and the front desk told me someone had taken the appointment. Problem solved--or so I thought. A few days later, on January 6th, I scheduled another appointment with Sophia. Less than 30 minutes before the session, I got a call saying she had to cancel due to a family emergency. Disappointed but understanding, I arrived at the location to ensure my prepaid massage credit could be used for my husband's appointment that night. I also calmly expressed my frustration with the double standard: I was nearly charged for canceling with 21-23 hours' notice, yet they canceled on me last minute with no credit or apology. On January 10th, while on vacation, I received a call from the manager. She acknowledged that the cancellation fee could have been waived and blamed the issue on Jacob being new. However, she went on to accuse me of being vulgar, combative, and disrespectful during my January 3rd phone call--allegations based on notes written by Jacob. This could not be further from the truth. I've never been rude to anyone at this establishment. My family and husband, who were present during the call, can confirm I expressed my frustration calmly and respectfully. Yet, Jacob's false notes caused Sophia to feel uncomfortable working with me, leading to the cancellation of my January 6th session. To add insult to injury, the manager revealed that Sophia didn't even have a family emergency. These false accusations have damaged my reputation at an establishment I once trusted and supported. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of customer service and accurate communication. Jacob's slanderous notes and the management's failure to resolve this issue are completely unacceptable. I've since canceled my membership and requested a refund for my January payment, along with the removal of my personal information from their system. However, the experience has left me deeply disappointed in how this business treats loyal customers. If you're considering becoming a member, be cautious. Policies seem to favor the business over the customer, and false accusations can apparently be made without accountability. I hope the franchise takes steps to improve its policies and training, as I would never recommend this location again. I sent them an email a few days ago asking for: 1. My account membership to be cancelled 2. A refund of my January massage as I can't use it anymore 3. A simple apology from Jacob for posting slanderous notes on my account 4.
