On my initial visit last December, I had a great experience with a masseuse named Amy. Upon scheduling that appointment a few days ago, I was surprised that the same Amy was not who I expected. It was a different woman. When I asked her what happened to the other "Amy" she looked confused and told me she was the only one. Maybe her name was Emily, but seems like she's no longer available when looking through the list of available masseuses. If this is the case then the turnover rate is not good. Best to get contact info from your favorite masseuse in case they do leave the business. Anyhow, like I said, I feel like the issue never went away and I still have lingering shoulder blade pain. I did noticed that the masseuse did not use elbow technique which I find to be more effective technique to use. The knot is still in my back and is killing me as I'm writing up this review. I think I will try a different masseuse. From what I hear, Mia is probably the better one and has more 5 star reviews than anyone else. The reason I didn't choose her was because she had no availabilities on that same day I went so I chose the latter. I went with the 90 minute deep tissue with hot stone treatment. The additional $20 hot stones felt great but it just didn't address the pain in my back. I ended up flying back to CA and visited my go-to Thai massage and they were able to remove the knot causing the pain.

Amazing experience!!! We got a good deal on group on and it was fantastic. 10/10 would come back…read moreagain!!

We have been coming here for years for the foot treatments (& sometimes added the hand massage)…read more It is a comfortable, welcoming place with knowledgable personnel. We've always felt relaxed afterwards.

They used to have good therapist who know exactly what reflexology is…read more I had foot reflexology at this place both locations Beaverton and Lake Oswego: Mia, Edgar, and one Caucasian male therapist who I can't remember his name. They were all excellent. Mia has a technique where she knows where all the pressure points are on my feet and she uses tool (wood shaped triangle, don't know what to call it). Several times I have been here none of the therapist know what they are doing, mostly they just give me foot massage, rubbing my foot with oil and call it a day. Foot reflexology is not foot massage. If I wanted a regular foot massage I could just go to nails salon and get 30-60 minutes foot massage/rub. So I called a few days before my appointment asking if anyone actually knows how to give foot reflexology treatment I was specifically asked for Mia and yes I knew, Edgar is no longer there so that's a bummer. They had me today with Mark, and I am very pleased that Mark is actually knowledgable and know how to do foot reflexology. I even asked him a few questions: eyes area, neck, and lungs. And he answered my questions with putting more pressure on my feet to those areas I mentioned to him. Even tho Mark doesn't speak English too well but he understood and even tho he is not as knowledgeable as Mia, he understood what I was asking for. I hope they will hire more therapists like Mia and Mark. It is hard to find a place in Oregon that actually provide real foot reflexology.

I wish I could give this business 0 stars…read more I had the WORST experience of my life here. Horrible customer service, being rushed out, etc. I scheduled a 90 minute massage for my birthday that wasn't even the full 90 minutes. Thank god because I was in complete pain. My lady (was 200+ lbs I'm 117 lbs) completely straddled me and her whole body on was on top of me, her knees were literally in my back. My body was left full of bruises and full body rash. I went in the next day to ask for a refund and they refused to give me credit back or cash. I asked for the managers name, they said to contact the police for any information regarding names. Her name was Joanne, and made me talk to her boss over FaceTime while he yelled at me to call the police because they're not going to do anything. Their licenses are also expired (pictures taken 03/23/2021). Please save yourself and go to hand and stone or anywhere else.

I have been wanting to check this place out but usually get 2x a month pedicures so another foot appointment was not something i had made time for. But I had a very long day on my feet and wanted to get a little pampering. I made an appointment over the phone for a weekday evening. The location is very clean and relaxing- no TVs. They offer tea and water and have a few snacks available. I was advised they opened 2 months ago. Benjamin gave me a fabulous foot massage and an included 5 minute chair massage for $48. It's basically a nicer/longer version of a massage that comes with a pedicure. I really enjoyed it and will come back. I think it would be a great place to bring a friend for a birthday treat.
