I told them I don't mind who ever services me as long as it is 60 minutes but I would prefer a female. She said okay and just left me in the room with the door closed. No instructions were given on what I needed to do next and I was waiting in that room for more than 30 minutes....no one came to check up on me, tell me how long I had to wait, there was a langue barrier as I am not sure they both understood what I was saying behave I for sure could not understand what they were telling me for the most part.
