First, let me start by saying I've been here two times, Ms Donna's level of customer service is above and beyond. She's courteous, down to earth, a great listener and she's very hands on with her appointments which I appreciate. My first visit I enjoyed, I could have used a bit more pressure, but nonetheless, I still enjoyed it. My first massage therapist was a lovely woman, so sorry but I can't remember her name. Though I was still wanting to be massaged with a bit more firmness, I was impressed by the service that I received. My last visit was for my birthday in July. My massage therapist's name that visit was Andrea. Andrea was polite, professional and amazing at what she does. I explained to her that I perform physical work, and the areas I wanted the most attention and pressure on. This amazing woman worked me over I tell you!!! I did request a deep tissue, and that's exactly what she gave me. From head to toe, she applied deep tissue massage in true fashion. After my massage, I was so impressed, that I scheduled my Husband an appointment for exactly two weeks later. I was a bit sore after my massage, but that is to be expected with a true to form deep tissue massage. Even right now as I'm typing this my traps and my back are much more loose and relaxed. I was blown away by the outstanding, top notch service that I received on both of my visit. To celebrate my birthday I treated myself to a first massage. I can't say enough great things about my experience, my massage therapist ( Shawn ) was very professional and welcoming he asked all the necessary health question and answered all my concerns. My room was very clean, I chose lavender scent aromatherapy which made it totally zen for me I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia chronic pains, and i wear my stress in my shoulders and I feel so relaxed, calm with no soreness. Had a wonderful massage with Melanie today! She asked me beforehand if there were any areas I wanted her to concentrate on, which were my lower back and neck. Nafeesah is amazing. I have not had a massage in ten years and my body feels it. Called Donna and talked who always provides excellent customer service. She recommended Nafeesah and was on the mark. She was a professional and provided excellent customer service. We talked about my body & what I wanted. I wanted to start with a light massage which she did but could feel in a good way. She massaged a lot of toxins. I for once was quiet and she said whatever the client wants! Her room was nice, low soothing music, warmed blanket & warm towels. I was highly disappointed in my massage. I usually have a great experience, but I don't think my masseuse even knew what she was doin. I have had many massages over the years and I have never had such a weird and unfamiliar technique being used (not inappropriate) but I don't think the masseuse knew what she was doing! read more
