Deadlines were missed or nearly missed, causing unnecessary stress and potentially harming my case. Important documents were either incomplete or submitted late, and key points in my case were not effectively presented. I called their office after searching through countless of lawyers and by some miracle I reached Atty Richard Weaver himself. He was thorough, went through every scenario with me and he patiently answered the 20 questions I have. I am not a paying customer but never felt I was wasting his time. I learned later on from his secretary they normally ask $50 deposit for a consult which gets paid back after the consult. Never mentioned it to me during our conversation.
