They were very non proactive to provide the outstanding Customer Service deserved. When client was waiting about 1 hour later they had not even been out to introduce themselves. The whole process from the begining to end was a nightmare. Since it was Friday and the client was not informed to bring the check they had to wait till Monday. Not sure where the delay was at the lender said they had released the funds on Friday. Anyway had to talk to the Barbara lady & remind her that my Buyer was paying the title.
