Heads up everyone : They'll schedule you for an interview…read morefor a job you think you'll get. But it turns out that it's an interview for them so they can put you in the system. The correct process was not explained to me. By the time I had decided to reach back out to them because I got an email stating there are job openings and they'd like to get in touch, the second person Nikki Howard insinuated that I intentionally skipped the process and gave me "a second chance". But a second chance for what? I was not given any information on how the process goes. A staffing company is supposed to help people land jobs. And honestly, they get a cut if someone gets hired. Communication goes a long way, but this company doesn't handle it well.
