At 76, I've dealt with a lot of attorneys in my life, but Tom is the only one that I'd ever trust to do the best thing for me, over his own interests!

I felt as if he sized me up in the consultation and decided I didn't look like a bank but didn't have the balls to tell me "no" after making me pay $750 for less than an hour of his time. I am terribly disappointed, I truly thought that I had found a rational conservative that could go to bat for me against all these inept Dallas County Family Court Judges. Mr. Wysocki's wife is a conservative judge appointed by Governor Abbott, I'm not sure why, but that somehow gave me hope that I would be seen and heard for once. But no dice! He's just another untouchable good ole boy. Seriously the state of Texas is the worst state for women!

The office staff have been billing me for YEARS, after I have already closed my case and paid any balances owed. Since I settled the remaining balance and moved on after my case was closed, the OFFICE CONTINUES TO BILL ME MONTHLY FOR "office expenses" what the fuck are office expenses??? I closed my case 2 YEARS AGO AND PAID EVERYTHING I OWED. The office told me multiple times that they apologize it's an error with their billing department and will no longer receive any more invoices for payment. I said ok! Well like clockwork every month I get another one so I call again. Apologies and more apologies. I CALLED TODAY AND CYNTHIA had a rude, unprofessional attitude and told me "if you pay $350 we will waive the rest." I SAID YOURE FUCKING SCAMMING ME. I HAVENT USED THIS FIRM IN TWO YEARS!!! WHAT HAPPENED TO THE APOLOGIES AND THE "it's an error on our end." I am looking into what options to take regarding further action about this firm and they're incessant invoices for bullshit "office expenses" they're flat out trying to rob me. Hahahaha

Response to owner: Well no, because as you can see I've attached some screenshots that show that I reached out by phone after I didn't hear back to my web response to the yelp request where you accepted. I was eager to get going with an attorney and you were the first to respond and say that you could help whereas other attorneys were hesitant to work in Euless but open and waiting for my response. So I wanted to connect with you because you were first and because time is of the essence. I think I spoke with someone at your office twice and the second time she took detailed information and said she was going to call each of the cities and get back to me and then when I didn't hear back I called and followed up and no one ever called back. I used the Yelp feature where it's going to send it out to other providers as well but I specifically requested it from you first. So to accept online and then to go further and have a conversation with me and then not return my calls, not only leaves me waiting but it also leaves the other attorneys waiting because I'm not sure what's going on if you're taking it or not. And since you haven't even called me back since Tuesday and it's now Friday I'm not really sure what your argument is. Hence this review. They responded and said that they were happy to help me and then when I gave them information that was in the original inquiry about the two cities I have expired registration tickets out of they never got back to me even though I left several messages.

After reviewing the invoices, it looked like substantial time was spent on emails, calls, file work, and notes, especially surrounding CPS-related communications, and those charges added up very quickly. What was most frustrating was seeing so much time and money go toward that issue, only for the matter to seemingly be shut down after one call from my other lawyers. As a client, that made it very difficult to understand why so much had been billed in the first place. There were also instances of duplicate communication, where I received the same update from multiple people. Everyone I interacted with was professional and responsive, but based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this firm to ask very direct questions about billing practices, communication, and how time is actually being spent on the case.
