Jason called me when he arrived and immediately set expectations for what he would be doing, what to expect, and about how long the process would take. He was incredibly easy to talk to, answered questions, etc. You could tell he genuinely cared about doing a great job and making sure I knew what was going on. Jason was awesome. It's refreshing to work with a company that makes the entire experience this easy. Amazing people, amazing service, and an amazing experience all around. Tom's Septic has absolutely earned a customer for life. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I originally called Jason out because I thought my septic tank needed to be pumped. He drove all the way out to my property, took the time to look everything over, and then gave me an answer that honestly says a lot about the kind of person he is, "Save your money--you don't need to pump the tank." Instead of taking my money for a service I didn't need, Jason identified that the actual problem was roots clogging the intake to the tank. He could have easily pumped the tank, collected the money, and sent me on my way, but he chose to be completely honest and upfront with me. That kind of honesty, integrity, and professionalism is hard to find these days. Jason put doing the right thing ahead of making a quick dollar, and that speaks volumes about both him and Tom's Septic. If you need septic work done, I would highly recommend Tom's Septic. Having someone show up, diagnose the real problem, and tell you when you don't need to spend money is exactly the kind of business I want to support. Thank you, Jason, for being honest and treating me right. You've definitely earned my trust and my future business

I just finished up a three-phase septic/D-box project with Davis Excavating. The first part…read moreinvolved pulling the lid of the septic tank, pulling a root mass, sealing the lid/tank joint and backfilling. The second part was replacement of the D-box and a portion of the manifold. This work was perfectly executed. Then came the tricky part. Significant root intrusion had occurred downstream, at the manifold/infiltrator connections. Only four of the five lines were taking effluent. We field-engineered a new connection strategy for the uppermost infiltrator run which gave us two active lines and most importantly bought time. I engineered a new connection scheme using old and new infiltrator chambers. Raul advised me on how to work with the County to modify the permit. Raul then came back to the site, excavated the old chambers, fit the new and made the manifold connections. Then backfilled and graded to landscaping standards. Outcomes like this are only possible when you are working with a top-line professional. On top of this, the pricing was very fair. Surprises from septic systems are never fun, but when you have a resource like Davis Excavating, you can tackle the problem knowing you are going to get the best result. Robert Weber, P.E.

I cannot adequately praise the quality of the work done by Raul and feel very fortunate that West Coast Concrete has such a skilled excavator that they can call upon for excavation work. Got to the bathroom upstairs and...well...no one was there. That was odd. I went outside to see if the sprinklers were on and they were so, i turned them off. Problem solved. Went back to bed but the noise was still there. That noise you hear when showers, sprinklers, toilets, and anything else that has water through it, is on. It was getting louder. Went back into my bathroom only to see water filling up on the floor! Uh oh. Found the problem. Busted pipe under the floor. Turned off the main line and went to bed, hoping i could find a plumber the next day. Called a couple of plumbers and left messages. Bulldawg had voicemail and gave me the option of texting. I texted and left a message. Texted me right back. Asked me a couple of qualifying questions and said he'd be there at 2:00 that same day. Was right on time. Saw immediately what the problem was. Was professional. Was thorough. Was efficient and was fair. Also didn't mind my dogs in the house! (I think they are dog friendly plumbers!) He explains what needs to happen first, then gives you options depending on your budget and what you want to prioritize. I'd hired him for a few projects before my home flooded, and I'm so glad I already knew him when that happened. He was there immediately, checked in with me, and helped with all of the flood repairs. He made sure things were done correctly (especially our flooring) and went above and beyond to help us get everything back in order. He also installed a drain in our backyard to help prevent flooding from happening again. Vinny has also been phenomenal--super helpful, reliable, and a huge part of getting everything done smoothly. Communication with both of them was clear the whole way through, and they genuinely care about doing the job right. Bonus: Justin is a happy worker--expect a little music, some enthusiastic singing, and maybe a white Monster energy drink or two. We'll absolutely keep working with them and highly recommend.
