I would never go to this office. I was treated here for four years. They sold me a $3000 regenerative medicine package out of pocket for something that on a second opinion should be fixed with PT they never offered me. They put me in the wrong kind of boot which made my issues worse. Dr Lily told me I had "no cartilage left in my feet" and the new doctor told me I had mild arthritis. They sold me a brace that a new doctor recommended against. Basically everything they did made my issues worse. I stopped activity in my mid 30s and lost two years of my life because their care actively made my issues worse. Beyond that, there were so many miscommunications, and then Dr Lily would blame me for things neither she nor her staff communicated. They push sales here, not medical care. If you want to be sold things you don't need while they literally neglect the standard, proven first line procedures, then go here. She's still ambulatory but has recently developed sudden issues with her feet, and we were told the earliest available appointment would be in four months. At her age, we simply don't have the luxury of waiting that long -- and frankly, I'm shocked that no effort was made to prioritize her case. Given her age and the fact that she is still mobile, our goal is to keep her that way. It's incredibly disheartening that this wasn't taken into consideration. I have been treated now by Dr Jariwaldi for a year now and have been totally satisfied with the care she has provide and will recommend her services to anyone. By the way Dr Ward is excellent as well. one area that needs improving is the checking process and could be improved if at arrival you are given a number & you could wait until called to check in specially if you have already checked in on line as I usually do. read more

Let me start with what is good : Dr Jariwaldi is a good doctor and I'm happy with her. Now for the bad: Old building. Receptionist behind glass - hard to talk to. WORST - I had an appt but needed to reschedule because I had a tooth to break and needed to get to the dentist. 1st - they didn't want to reschedule and the women I spoke to was rude to me. She did offer for me to come in the same day but I have a cold and don't like to spread that around...as well as I just didn't feel like getting out when I'm sick. When I refused she sent me a form ending my relationship with Moore Foot. This is the final insult! Once before, I, along with 3 other patients waited in our cars (while it was raining) for an hour for the office to show up . None of us were not called (why would we go and wait outdoors!!!!) I should have ended the relationship then. Save your time and agrravation - go somewhere else. read more

The doctors are great, the office procedure is poor. An 8:15AM arrival time for a diabetic foot exam/toenail trim ended at 9:45 AM. Almost all this time was spent updating my personal records! Why can't this be done on office time rather than my time? Or before the visit via email! It's the only foot and ankle office in West AVL so we keep suffering through expecting a long wait! I hate to add to the chorus of negative reviews, and I probably should have looked at this before going. I was referred here by my PCP and will certainly share my experience. I also waited almost an hour in the waiting room and then another half hour to be seen by the doctor. I had simply gone to get a toenail fungus medicine called Tolcylen, which I had specifically asked about when I made my appt, assured that they had it. The Doc inspected my foot and told me I showed great improvement even though we'd never met. I said I just wanted some Tolcylen. She said fine, although they prefer CNU. When I went to the desk to pay, they told me I had no choice because they were out of Tolcylen. I bought the CNU, used it, and it doesn't work as well. I called and asked if they had the Tolcylen. They said yes. I drove all the way over, dealt with a rude receptionist who told me I couldn't have it because the doc hadn't prescribed it. I insisted, she went to the back and then told me they NO LONGER carry it. 3 hours of my life I'll never get back thank you very much. read more

I went to relieve the pain from ingrown toe nails. The doctor wanted to have me go to a hospital for the ingrown toenail but first wanted me to get an ultrasound. I did and never heard back! I was told they would set up an appt but unfortunately nothing. 1 month later still in pain they seemed to just run up my bill with no relief or caring. Very disappointing. read more

My mother in law was told to come at 3:30 for a 4 pm appt. It's an hour and a half drive. She was called in at 4:30 and as I was in waiting room, she texted me at 5:12 she had an x-ray and was waiting to see Dr. Obviously a person's time means nothing read more

I have NOT had a good experience with this specialist. Dr. J was my primary doctor at this clinic and dismissed/didn't ask my previous history and did not ask the correct questions when I went to see her and she did not ask for my previous surgeons notes. Luckily another doctor saw me the second time around and asked me about my injury which Dr. J did not address during our first appointment. A few days later I got a voicemail from the front desk telling me that I was to be admitted to the hospital. They did not tell me what hospital I was to be admitted to, when it was supposed to happen and I had to call them multiple times to get that information. It wasn't until 30 minutes before my surgery that the doctor gave me information on what the surgery was going to entail. The follow up appointments were TERRIBLE, they will leave you waiting for at LEAST an hour after your scheduled time for a 10 minute visit with your doctor. The front desk staff is completely incompetent, they either schedule for a wrong time or will have an attitude when you schedule a follow up appointment. Following my discharge from the hospital they were unaware of follow up appointments with wound care (which they prescribed) and made me pick to either see them or the specialist. TAKE THE LATTER OPTION. If you can find another doctor in this field please do so, because the Moore Clinic will make your life more hectic than it should be. read more

I had an infection in my foot which required amputation of a toe. My Doctor was Meredith Ward. OUTSTANDING doctor, excellent surgery, excellent continuing care. Their staff are good, caring people. I could not be more pleased, and recommend her without reservation. read more

I saw Dr Chris Moore and couldn't be happier. Friendly, humble, honest, caring, and extremely knowledgeable.

The receptionist was extremely rude to my mother in law while she was trying to get checked in. The staff isn't the sweetest by any means. Wait times are a joke. They expect you to be on time and then sit and wait far past your scheduled appointment time. I say go somewhere else if possible don't waste your time waiting around this place. I asked several times for them to help file a orthopedic insert charge that I need to do my job as a restaurant manager. Because the insert was 250, and it wasn't worth their paper work time with and wait for them to be paid from Medicare, I unless I was diabetic they wouldn't even try. Dr. Moore, was rude and accuse me of disrupting his day, when I ask for information concerning the claim. I called Medicare several times to be told that they will pay if the doctor would provide information on the provider line on, He refused to do so. So, it you on a limited income go see Blue ridge Bone and Joint who cares about their patients that are over 65. read more
