Photo attached, taken on July 4th, the day after. My hair was fried from HOURS in bleach. The color was inconsistent. I ended up crying on the floor of Target to buy bleach just so I could have something that looked close to normal. I had to chop off 6 inches of hair and give myself bangs because of the sheer volume of fried hair. It is several months later and I have spent close to $2500 trying to fix my hair. The ends are still crispy and break off and my hair is barely chin length. Of note, he barely wore a mask the entire time. He also left bleach in my hair while he went into the hallway to argue with a girl who took a photo of him doing hair without a mask. He also commented on my husband who is of Chinese descent something to the effect of "I love Asian men! They are like f*cking a dolphin because they are so smooth!" He also kept sneaking in the back to take shots of vodka so pretty sure he wasn't sober most of the time. These are just the highlights of the experience. Suffice it to say, I will not be going back and I would not recommend this business to anyone I want to remain friends with.

What I love about Ada is that she is okay with silence. If you have gotten highlights before you know these can be long appointments. I love that she doesn't feel like we need to chat the whole time. Ada has worked with me through pregnancy and motherhood and has created a look that I can wear up in a ponytail on a busy day or blown out for an event. Ada always takes detailed notes on our appointments so she knows what she did the last time and what formula she used. I love that she is so technical. I feel like I can rely on her for a highlight that is beautiful and consistent every time. Keep up the good work Ada!

In addition, the owner asked (through his receptionist) to see pictures and then said I could get a refund through Groupon. They would not issue a refund and the business will not issue a refund! Get home and discover it's the cream not the Balm so I go back to the store the next day and Bobby Brown counter manager Tabitha helped me. I've known her for awhile and she's always been fun and again really knowledgeable on product. She apologize for me getting the wrong product and gave me the right product and sent me on my way. It was an even exchange no money out of my pocket. The next morning I go to use it and it's the wrong product again it's the Balm 25spf. So I go back into Dillards frustrated and Joy apologizes for the inconvenience and said they don't have anymore of the regular Balm not spf in stock but that she would give me a big sample to tide me over until it does come in stock during the conversation Tabatha the Manager walks up and says with an attitude "I sold you the right one yesterday I asked you specifically and you said yes" she was rude. I said I don't remember you saying it was Balm 25spf. She replies with well you did .. I'm thinking to myself we're not talking about a $20 item it's $100. Then Tabitha said and I quote I don't know what to tell you, we don't have it in stock and I don't know when we are getting more in".
