I was told that my pups scrip would be filled just before 5:00pm on Friday I was extremely concerned that Chewy had still not received his scrp. I called your office and was told thst I was to emotional for your staff go somewhere else. I only wish I would have know how unprofessional your office was before I recommended you to family and friends. You might want to make sure your not mistaking me for someone else. When I arrived, during the COVID pandemic, they were asking people to call when they arrived and they would come out, check you in, and take your pet inside for their check-up. This seemed to work really well. I arrived and called, and Caleb came right out and made sure paperwork was all filled out. He took my little guy inside and within 5-10 minutes the vet was calling me with an update. Everything was super efficient and everyone was super nice. I received a follow-up email and I think I even got a phone call checking to make sure he was doing okay. SUPER HAPPY with the service, care and affordability.
