I never asked for anything other than care for my babies and I paid my bills at time if service. I was unaware of any of this until I reached out for an appointment for care. I was told that my accounts were closed. I asked why and was told it must be a mistake and that it would be corrected. I was told that my pups scrip would be filled just before 5:00pm on Friday I was extremely concerned that Chewy had still not received his scrp. I called your office and was told thst I was to emotional for your staff go somewhere else. I only wish I would have know how unprofessional your office was before I recommended you to family and friends. You might want to make sure your not mistaking me for someone else. Super friendly staff helped me book my appointment and gave me instructions on how to send his current medical records to them, all of which I did ahead of our appointment. When I arrived, during the COVID pandemic, they were asking people to call when they arrived and they would come out, check you in, and take your pet inside for their check-up. This seemed to work really well. I arrived and called, and Caleb came right out and made sure paperwork was all filled out. He took my little guy inside and within 5-10 minutes the vet was calling me with an update. Everything was super efficient and everyone was super nice. I received a follow-up email and I think I even got a phone call checking to make sure he was doing okay. SUPER HAPPY with the service, care and affordability.

The most recently time I took our dog in for a small concern. I was immediately taken into a room and was seen quickly by the the tech/assistant. I then was left in the room for 35 minutes with no communication. After deciding to leave, I told the person at the check in desk what had happened and I was met with a halfhearted "ok." No apology, no offer to check on what had happened, nothing. This office has gone downhill ever since COVID hit. We will not be going back.

I was told she had some tarter on her teeth and was ready for dental services. Elle has had her teeth cleaned by Dr Moore one other time. I was given an estimate which I took home and budgeted to have the cost covered. I took Elle this week and when I arrived was given a paper to sign with the financial information which was DOUBLE the original estimate. I brought it to the staffs attention. I must add I did not recognize even one of the staff. It appears they have all new staff. I was told by one staff member that, "You don't have to leave your pet here", not said in a kind way but more in a manner that she really didn't care if she provided the service or not. Elle did stay and did have her teeth cleaned but if you are looking for kind and caring staff members and an office that honors their written estimates this is not going to be the place for you.
