My recovery process was harrowing, and the staff at Diamond Spring were effective and supportive throughout my months of dental work. The reality is they only see patients during normal working hours, although I happened to call on a Tuesday for an emergency and was told no doctors were in. Dr Saoud failed to diagnose the cause of significant jaw pain I was having and dismissed my concern entirely. After seeing another dentist I was diagnosed with a severe wisdom tooth issue requiring oral surgery. They also attempt to "sell" services during your exam typically included in an exam by every other dentist I've seen. Once I questioned the receptionist about a billing issue and told her I had to go through this after every visit. She then told me I should consider going somewhere else. I went to this office because they accepted my insurance but you get what you pay for. They make up the difference by selling treatments and services that aren't necessary. There are many other qualified dentists in the area. Do yourself a favor and find one.

This place used to be fabulous but then it was sold and new dentists and owners don't care about quality. I left with bleeding gums and her response was, "you are bleeding all over the place."
