Being new to the area I had no idea who to call when my car decided not to start. After doing some research and getting a recommendation from a friend, I decided to take my car here. I called first and explained my situation and the gentleman who answered explained to me that they usually work on appointments but he would try to work my car in. I ended up having my car towed here. I honestly thought it was going to be a couple of days before I got my car back but within 2 hours I received a phone call telling me what the issue was. And the best part is that they could get it fixed that day and I wouldn't have to wait several days! I was so excited! I felt that the price was fair for what was going on so I didn't hesitate to let them fix it. They are a full service mechanic shop off of US 1 in Titusville. First time in years I've been treated so well at an auto service center. Asked for a break job, because they seemed soft, and a tune-up, just because I bought it used recently, so wanted to be sure. They let me know that the breaks were fine, just needed a little adjusting, and that they could tell that it had just been tuned up. The guy I bought it from told the truth, and so did Moore's. I was a customer for years at Moores. When I had an issue with and a/c repair that didn't work after 1400.00 bill I tried to talk to the owner Kieth Moore he would not even listen to what I thought happen 2 different mechanics one gave an estimate they other fixed something else the 1 mechanic was right the 2 not right but cost 2xs organial estimate. The owner Kieth Moore verbally assaulted me then kick me off the property!! Not customer friendly to say the least read more

First time I used Moore's for a timing belt on my suv they provided good service. My second visit, for my daughter's car, I wanted an estimate and said they had to look at the car first, and couldn't make an appointment until the following week. When I arrived, the guy was not friendly and sort of rude, I should have left immediately. They charged me $25 to tell me what I already knew was wrong with car (a fuel leak from the fuel tank or sending unit), but could not tell me which one was bad, said they had to drop the tank at $180 extra to find out. There was no mention of charging me for an estimate when I first called. Then want $300 for a fuel tank (commonly found for this car under $100 brand new) and $255 for a fuel pump /sending unit (commonly found for $60 brand new) I understand a shop has to have some markup on parts, but charging 3 times the amount is HIGHWAY ROBBERY! Guy was mad when I said I wanted to bring in my own parts (which I asked a week before my appointment if it was ok to do, and he had said ok) When I asked if the $25 (to look at my fuel tank area from the outside) could be applied to the repair, he said no, that the estimate and the repair where two different appointments. So guess what, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO MOORE'S! They lost me as a customer, and I will tell everyone I know about my bad experience. read more

I came in from out of town( 900 miles away) and got my oil changed. I had not had my rear brakes done ever on my Escape, and asked to have the pads changed. I made an apt for service for the next day. I took my car in and within 15 minutes got a call telling me I did not need pads, just an adjustment and cleaning. Honesty, professionalism, and courtesy are the signs of a well run business. I met several long term customers who had the same experiences and drive miles to get their own cars serviced here. It's great when you find an automotive repair that you can trust and with a fair price and that's what I've found with Moore's. I have taken my car there several times and their work is done right the first time. Don't expect much in customer service though, the guy that runs the front desk acts like you are disrupting him with your problems.
