    My car was running "off" so I decided to research local areas to get my baby repaired. The google reviews for Premier Auto Care were pretty good so I decided to give them a shot. I dropped my car off, and was given a ride, back home to await repairs. After the diagnosis was done, I received a very detailed explanation of what I needed to be repaired. The work that was done to get "Pearl" back in shape was second to none! I appreciated the time taken to break down the issues. The work was done and I am so very pleased with the work and professionalism shown at the establishment. The gift bag was a pretty awesome touch!

    I am writing to update my original review about Tire Kingdom which can be read below. After I…read moreposted my review, I very quickly received a response with an apology and a phone number to call to resolve the issue. I called the number and talked with a very polite and competent person who listened to my explanation about my experience. After acknowledging something went wrong, she said I should expect a call from the regional manager. Shortly thereafter, I received the promised call from the regional manager. I explained my recollection of the events to which he replied that it was about the same as the account provided by the customer service representative. He apologized and explained there was a communication breakdown and that Tire Kingdom location should have honored the alignment program I previously purchased and free tire rotation for the tires. The regional manager offered me a few options to rectify the situation. I chose to meet him at the same Tire Kingdom location the following morning. When I arrived, he greeted me and was very friendly and professional. He assured me that they would honor the prior commitments made by Tire Kingdom. I was also introduced to the store manager. I did not see the customer service representative with whom I had the issue. The work was completed on my car as promised. I commend the Tire Kingdom/Mavis corporate and upper management team for their rapid response to resolve my issue and to restore my confidence in this company and my plan is to continue to do business with them. In 2022, I purchased a 5-year alignment package from Tire Kingdom and in 2023, a set of tires with free life-time rotation. I was aware that Mavis purchased Tire Kingdom a couple years ago so I called to check if the alignment package and tire rotation would still be honored. I was told over the phone they would honor the alignment package but not the tire rotation. Two days later, I went to Tire Kingdom and was told by a female customer representaive that she would not honor the alignment package but would rotate the tires. I explained that I had called earlier in the week and I was informed it would be honored. She again said nope. I replied that I drove there that morning beause I was told it would be honored and I wasted my time by driving there. She accused me of raising my voice and threatened to call the police despite the complete absence of any threat. I only expressed disapointment and disbelief that she refused to honor the representations made by another customer service representative. In my view, she was rude and escalated the situation. She then claimed she would have honored the package but since I raised my voice I had to leave or the police would be called. She pretended to be a victim. I have been a customer of this Tire Kingdom location for over 30 years but no more. They lost my future business. This customer service representative was very rude, threatening, and not interested in keeping me as a customer. She instantly threw away 30 years of trust and goodwill.

I walked out but feeling very unhappy I went back in and asked for the manager, Kevin was the manager, I stated that ignoring us for a phone call was rude, he said, I thought it would be quick. if the manager acts this way I hate to think how the employees treat customers, not surprised I was the only customer there. Definitely would not recommend for any service!
