Recently we travelled back from Georgia and had a problem with our transmission (shift was very loose), fortunately for us we were near another repair shop in Georgia, who was able to temporarily make an adjustment, which got us home. (I'm pretty sure that this guy is related to you Mike, as he was just as nice as you...well almost.) When we returned to Titusville, Mike and his team took the car the very next day. Major repair on a used car I had purchased 2 weeks prior to their service. Very professional and friendly. Explained everything in an SMS followed by a phone call. 2 year warranty is NOT the norm in this industry for a local shop. You're lucky to get a 30 day warranty from most places. Crankcase seal leak, oil pan leak, oil on front break pads from the leak, battery failed the load test. Extensive list and PICTURES of what they check on the vehicle. Sent to the SMS on your phone. Replaced brake pads up front and I am sure had to clean the rotors as well. Replaced the battery. Replaced the crankcase seal. Replaced oil pan seal. Oil and filter replaced. Had to order parts but still had the car ready in 2 days time. Did I mention they drive you home and pick you up when your service is complete? Received a Thank you bag in the passenger seat of my car with a rag to check the oil, pen, paper, travel tissues, even a floss stick. Told when I paid for the service that I know have a free roadside service if I can't start the car or get a puncture. Free towing to the shop. WHO DOES ALL THIS???!!! I mean WOW! I can't say enough good or recommend them any higher to any! read more

complete scam , I went in to get my air condition fixed and the 1st time i arrived i was actually impressed . they did their diagnostic on my system cost $300 my air was cold thought it was done. 4 days later air is warm again so i went back so another $300 Again they did the Exact same thing and 4 days later no air . Mike says itll cost $1200 to fix . i am poor so thought i would have no air, got lucky a couple months later so i came back the did the SAME diagnostic said i also needed a blower and a heater so i did it costing $1500 4 days later NO AIR !!!!!! Mike take ZERO accountability just pure Ego , attitude and excuses. So for $over 2000 they couldn't do the 1 job they were asked to do . i could have replaced my air con for that i imagine .This is the reason people don't trust mechanics that actually are trustworthy . Mike waited on me right away and found that there was nothing wrong with either of my problems. They are the most honest auto repair shop I have ever done business with. I asked them to check my car to see if the o2 sensor was bad because my engine light turned on long enough for me to do the test at autozone before my appointment it turned off so they could no longer check it I asked if they could just confirm that was wrong and I needed and estimated to get it fixed they then did an entire inspection of my entire car saying everything was fine as I already knew and that I needed to fix my o2 sensors. quoted me $1,100 to fix two sensors and $200 of that was or the inspection I didn't need I declined service and payed the $200 after looking at the detailed receipt I see I also payed for "rags" the man says and hazardous materials when I asked why I would be charged that he says well everyone is charged for that no matter what they come In for so now they took half the money I saved up for the repairs on my car by car broke down one day after. and I now have to find another shop to take my car to and pray they don't do me as this aweful business did to me. read more
