I came to Aerial Silks on their first day in business, June 6, after following them on instagram for a while and deciding to register for a class online. I took an intro class with Brittany and she broke down the moves really well. There's only 3 silk setups in the studio, and when you're not floating around on silks, you'll work on stretching and conditioning. Brittany was fun & engaging & incredibly encouraging!
