The atmosphere is great, full of positive people and supportive, friendly parents. Even though karate is a personal practice (everyone is on their own journey!) Bryce has done an awesome job of creating a team among the kids. He's a wonderful instructor and the kids obviously love and respect him for it, making it easy to feel part of the Moore's family. My son looks forward to class and loves practicing at home. We appreciate that they work in integrity lessons and encourage the kids to be kind but firm with their bodies and words. I had the opportunity to assist him in a Women's Self Defense series of classes. His lessons were hands on and easy to follow, each subsequent class included review to reinforce the new skills learned. His interaction and energy helped participants feel comfortable and involved. For the little guys classes start around 400pm and for kids 5 and up, (also depending on their belt) starts at 5 and other classes start after that. My son learns so much each time he goes. He learns to work with others, take ownership of his learning not just in karate class but at school and home. The instructors are very friendly and knowledgeable. There are several students in the class and the instructors take their time to work with each one of them when they're struggling or learning a new move/ strategy.
