Forgot items in my rental, and then when I did get it, we were charged extra when they did arrive. Hours listed on the website do not match the hours on the door at the location. As I live a couple hours away this was a major pain as I couldn't drop it off even though I arrived when they were supposed to be open. I would buy a suit somewhere else next time instead and wouldn't recommend using their rentals for any special events. Nice place to get some dress clothes. Usually they've got some girls working there, and they definitely know how to tie a tie! They're on commission so do keep that in mind. I bought a shirt with a skinny tie, ending up costing $130. Tip top tailors usually has a little more aggressive pricing on their items. read more

We always go to Moore's hoping the experience will be better this time, but it never is. The most positive thing I can say about this Moore's is that they are usually willing to give a discount of some sort when they inevitably screw something up. Recently, we had a few pairs of pants tailored here. We dropped them off on a Tuesday morning, and were told they would be ready to pick up at 5PM Wednesday. We told her that would be perfect, because we were heading back home out of town Thursday morning. Wednesday, we head to the store at 5:15- she's just starting the pants, can we come back in an hour? 8PM we return, she's still not done, can't finish them tonight. Great. She says she can have them done by 11 Thursday morning. We rearrange our schedule to leave at 11, and Thursday morning she calls again, saying the seamstress is late, she'll have them done by noon. Whatever. At the end of the day, the job was well done, but the service was terrible. Thankfully, the manager was willing to eat part of the tailoring cost because of their service. We also rented 5 tuxedos from this location last summer for our wedding. What a gong show. It took numerous attempts for the saleswoman to correctly enter the information into their computer, and then when she was measuring the guys, I have no idea what she was thinking. 4 of our 5 guys are over 6'3, and she suggested they order regular length shirts- they clearly require extra length. The week of the wedding, luckily the tuxes arrived a number of days ahead of schedule on Tuesday, because they needed some serious adjustments (all 4 of the guys who had been measured at this location had problems, only the out of town groomsman who was measured in Edmonton didn't have issues). One groomsman's shoes were two sizes too small- he said that he told her a different size than she ordered when he was measured. His shirt didn't close around his neck (it was 2 sizes too small), she suggested that his tie would just hold that together- no! Another groomsman's pants were 3 inches too short, you could see leg above his sock when he was standing, and a third groomsman's pants were at least 3 inches too long. One tux jacket was missing 2 buttons, and two pairs of pants had big white stains on them. Luckily, all of these issues were resolved by Friday afternoon, but geeze, what a mess. Saturday, by the time our wedding ceremony started, both the groom and one of the groomsman had lost buttons on their jackets that we had to sew back on that morning, including one of the buttons that this store had only sewn on the day before. Basically, my suggestion would be to use this Moore's with caution. Make sure you are checking up on them if you are renting anything, or having any sort of service done, and don't be afraid to ask for compensation for their messes. read more
