Staff are rude, arrogant, no customer service skills at all. very Limited supply of men's scrubs…read moreespecially . Very expensive. Not worth going there. Go online instead where the selection and sizes and prices are far better.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. First of all the girl who was working stood in…read moremy way doing nothing while I was browsing. Once I had an armful of scrubs she asked me if she could start me a fitting room. I said yes please and tried to hand them to her and she responded "okay well they are over there." I'm not opposed to putting my clothes in the change room by myself but I found it odd that she offered and then wouldn't do it. At the check out we showed the girl our customer rewards card. For every $20 you spend they fill out a square. We were at something like $160 out of the $200 to get 20% off. She said she didn't know what to do with the card and we had to wait while she texted the owner. She then filled out one of the squares even though we spent $150 and then told us that the rewards were actually done on the computer now but wouldn't honor what we already had spent. Again, it was a little annoying but not the end of the world. As we were leaving the store we checked the receipt and saw that we were charged full price for a clearance item. We politely showed the mistake to the employee who again didn't know what to do. We waited for her to text the owner. Hearing back from the owner the girl told us that she couldn't do anything but give us an in store credit of the $15 she overcharged us. This obviously was unacceptable as this was not a mistake on our end. I live in Edmonton and have only shopped at this store once a year ago. After all this there was already no way that I was ever going to shop here again, let alone give them more of my money since nothing can be purchased there for $15. What a business idea though! Overcharge people, refuse to fix the easily corrected mistake, and then make them come spend more! She got the owner on the phone who was incredibly rude and repeatedly said that her system is not set up for refunds and all she could do was an in store credit. I feel like we are not unreasonable people. I understand that they have a no refund policy, but we hadn't even left the store yet and it was not a mistake on our end! Here is an idea: if you debit machine doesn't do refunds open the til, give us the money, problem solved. We were told angrily by the owner that she couldn't do anything and to leave our number for her to sort out in three days. Absolutely absurd and unacceptable way to treat reasonable customers!
